Matthew Do is my dentist and all my family goes here to their teeth done. This is located close to the downtown Monterey and Post-​Graduate Navy. I found this place because he is the only Korean dentist around Monterey that I was recommended by my friend. Even though this place is small and has 4 parking lots, their skills and services are the best. Especially Krystal, who works in the front desk, is the best of all. She knows most of the patients, who comes and goes. Also, she is really friendly and very approachable to ask everything you need. Furthermore, Dr. Do is really friendly and professional at what he does. Their equipment is up-​to-​date, unlike other dentist where it is old. They really care about your teeth being well-​kept and well-​maintained. Lastly, they will really work with you if you have financial problem.

The office is friendly and efficient. The dentist is fantastic. Sensitive to your pain level. Current tools and excellent quality work. Dr is up front and talks to you as a person. He is also willing to step in to clarify any questions personally even if it’s regarding the money. I think he’s great and would recommend his office wholeheartedly.

As a new patient, I was very happy with my experience at Dr. Do’s office. He is very thorough & explained everything at each step of the exam & did the majority of my cleaning himself. He displayed my xrays on a pc screen & explained what I should & should not be doing to ensure the proper care of my teeth. His staff is friendly, courteous, on time, & helpful I felt very comfortable & pampered. They gave me a an extraordinary goody bag when I left which was a nice touch. They went above & beyond making me feel at ease & welcome. It was a very calm experience, they acted like I was their only patient & did not hurry though my visit. The office is very nice & clean & the parking is easy. The ease at which their billing is done offered peace of mind for me as I have new insurance. I am so glad that I have found a new dentist in the Monterey area!

Absolutely awesome and caring staff, they are very thorough in explaining procedures and answering any questions you may have. Dr. Do was awesome as well got me through my root canal that I was very nervous about without pain and did a great job! He is the best !!

Dr Do is a great dentist and his office is fantastic. The staff is kind, courteous, friendly and accurate. There are no surprises, all billing items are discussed up front, and there is never any issues with missed posting of payments etc. We have NEVER had to wait, the office runs on time. It is easy to schedule appointments and emergencies are handled swiftly, This is a top notch office.
Dr Do is competent, caring and gentle in his manners; up to date on current methods and treatments.
We move a lot so we have seen many dentist, Dr Do is the best! I would give Dr do 6 stars if it was possible.

This is the best dentist I’ve been to in the area. He know his stuff and I trust that the work that needs to be done is what needs to be done. I’ve been to other dentists who hand me huge bills and lists of work to do which I find skeptical and make me feel as if they are just out to use up every dime of my insurance money. Not so with this dentist. He fixes what needs to get fixed and that’s it. Great staff. Great dentist. Oh, and the girl at the front desk speaks Spanish too. =)

I don’t enjoy going to the dentist but the staff at Do’s is well-​trained and professional. On a recent day off, I had an early morning appointment to have a cavity filled. Fifteen minutes before my appointment, I was telephoned by the receptionist at Dr. Do’s to ask if they could postpone my appointment by a half hour because they had a plumber on-​site making a repair. Every company will tell you they value their customers When a company values a half an hour of my time it shows me they really care about me.
The work performed was done in record time with no discomfort. It is clear that Dr. do is a skilled professional who takes pride in his work and the patient’s experience. His office is clean with off-​street parking and boasts all of the modern devices to treat and educate his patients.

very intelligent dentist, the billing clerks provide you with costs up front so there is no guess work. They were very sympathetic re. my dental anxiety and gave me a fantastic referral to a great root canal specialist.
