I can see why this place has only a 2 star rating. First. they have a no refund policy. We didn’t see that and my 10 year old bought a snow globe and immediately had buyers remorse. We went back in 5 minutes later and asked if there was anything we could do. Girl just responds «no refunds, only exchanges.» That’s fine, but they’ll not get another dollar of mine and I’d highly suggest looking elsewhere for their souvenirs.

Good gracious.
Casually walked in to be stared at by a young lady with a large amount of eye makeup on with a very nasty look on her face.
I strolled to the back of the shop, and back to the front again, to be forced to jump out of the way of another young lady with an equally distasteful look on her face, making her way past me.
I thought usually when you make eye contact with customers you say something like… I don’t know, «Hello».
I suppose maybe they don’t need the money by the way they treat people coming into their business.

Inside the store is a photo booth. The person at the door stopped me and made me wait outside with my small dog.
My kids go inside and they put a $ 20 in the slot. The machine says it only takes $ 1 & $ 5 but took their $ 20. I told the manager that I was outside and my children stuck a $ 20 in there I’d like my money back. She looked at me and said, sorry I can’t help you and you should have read it first. Well, there ya go! Nice customer service!

I went to this store because I had a 20% Coupon, the store had cute little nick nacks, t-​shirts etc. We didn’t end up using the coupon or buying anything. Just a cute little store I guess.

What a fun little shop :) We visited Monterey to try out sailing (along with an overnight stay aboard our own boat) with Monterey Bay Sailing and had such a lovely experience!!! Had to stop here and collect a few memories for future recollection. Cute place!
