I went in here with my daughters Camaro for a Amp and sub woofer installation. I showed up on a Sunday morning, told the guy what I wanted and asked what he could do for me. He not only installed my amp, got us a new sub box and hooked everything up into the stock stereo but he did it in the time he promised. I didn’t have any problems at all, I have been here a few times and as long as they keep being honest, up front and willing to work with me I will keep coming back. Good job, no BS and no runaround on a Sunday AM.

Called about some speakers, I was told they were in stock, 15 minutes later I go to the store, I walked in and asked about the 6×9 Kenwood speakers and the guy walked over and picked some 6×9 JVC speakers and told me they were the same thing as the Kenwood speakers, unacceptable business practice, total bait and swtuch, I did not purchase them.

Lewis helped us today and he was so friendly, great customer service and we trust him and his knowledge. They have the best prices here. We will continue to do business with them and gladly recommend them!

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
I came to them with a request to wire in some under the door projector courtesy lights on my f150. Let’s start with their lack of price matching. Every other business I had called was going to charge me 100 for the install, however had no time to do so. So what do I do? I call advanced car stereo. One of their employees says it’s going to be $ 140 – 160 (not a straight answer, that should’ve been my first hint.) I asked him to price match the other stores, he states «it will be done and clean the right way and can be done today.» So I drove on down and dropped the truck off. Well when my trucks in the garage, their «install man» is smoking a cigarette (in an enclosed building) with the doors of my truck wide open.
He comes to me and says «is this your truck?» I said, «yes it is my truck.» Mr install man says «do you even know how much work this is?» I was in awe that he asked me that question. So he gets into an argument with the sales employees about doing this project. (Should have been my second hint.) Needless to say, Mr install man installs the lights it takes about 3 hours. I come back to the store to pick my truck up. All the lights are wired in. I go home and find my firewall underneath the dash on the passenger side hanging down with the screw to hold it in completely gone. There’s also a panel from my door latch laying on the back seat floor with a bolt next to it (God knows where it’s from.) There was wiring pieces and other trash ALL over the ground, a panel removing tool (thanks for that by the way.) and my truck reeked of cigarettes. So I spent my day cleaning after this unprofessional stereo shop that somehow (lord knows how) has a name for itself. I’ll be sure to not come back next time, thanks advanced stereo ;)

Went by to see if they had any solderless connectors (crimp style with loop) for the wire going from my battery to body since Radio only sells a multipack (don’t need that many!).
A few seconds later I was handed 3 different ones… for FREE! Grabbed the one I needed and gave the rest back.

Aaron is the store manager and has been there for 12 years. Great service and MILITARY FRIENDLY (TAX EXEMPT!) On top of the key-​less entry and security alarm system installed, they fixed my cigarette car lighter at NO CHARGE! Lastly, they give a 1 year warranty on all their products.
When I shop around for stores I check for quality of work, military friendly and people who can back their product up with something better than a manufacturer’s warranty. This store’s got it all. Keep on doing a great job and you will see a growing market of military consumers!

Great customer service. Found exactly what I wanted and even gave me advice on the install and allowed me to bring my truck in when I was having trouble with a certain aspect of the install. I highly recommend this business.

Wassup everybody im writing this review becuz it might help you make the right choice. My experience with this shop has been a good one. Theres no need to go anywhere else if you live in the area. Rock bottom prices quick and easy financing if needed, and always willing to negotiate. So believe me when I say customer satisfaction is the priority. I want to give a big shout out to Aaron and his team for hooking my sister up the way he did. Seriously people even if you think you got beat in your trunk check them out for an upgrade. …

Horrible quality, don’ stand behind their work and try to blame other shops for their mistakes. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

They totally try to upsell you and rip you off. I had them install a double din unit on memorial day and since everyone else was closed they were the only quote i could get. The first said $ 80 and then told me I needed extras that brought it up to $ 120. Everyone else in the area charges $ 30-​$ 40 for the same job. Dont go here unless you wanna get ripped off!

Very shady; take your business elsewhere. Ladies, don’t even think about going in without a guy or they’ll try to scam you like nobody’s business. They tried to charge me more than double and con me into thinking I needed to pay for more equipment for the install, but I knew better. They ask for cash specifically, which is always a bad sign. They’ll swap your equipment for lesser models or older models if you don’t pay attention. Do not recommend to anyone.

Went in to get an alarm and deck installed after my vehicle was broken into. They repaired my lock actuators, installed the alarm, wired up my deck, and did it all very cleanly and professionally in a single afternoon. Very enjoyable place to be, fair prices, and attentive staff.

Not impressed and will avoid from this day further. I went in to get an alarm and it cost an arm and leg. Salesman fudged the numbers and tried to justify it with «labor cost». At one point tried to charge me for an extra $ 20 for something that was suppose to be included. Shady salesman and installer. Good thing my car smells like smoke even though I do not smoke (mechanic was smoking while installing the alarm). I would not recommend this to anyone including my worst enemy. Buyer beware, they will scam you. Should be reported to the better business bureau.

Advance Stereo in Moreno Valley knows what they’re doing. I shopped around and they still gave me the best deals. I had got a cheaper quote from Meno’s but once I got there, I found out I was only quoted for a piece and not the whole thing like I had asked to be quoted on. Their sales associate, Aaron, really helped me out and gave me many different options on backup cameras. The service is great! I highly recommend them!
