Ross pickedck me up from my home for a ladies day out starting at noon we went to venture the wineries in Temecula my sister and I had a blast but wanted to switch things up so we told Ross to chauffeur us to San Diego Gas Lamp Quarter The ride there was so awesome it was like we were with are best friend all night I am so happy I chose Ross Anything we wanted to do or needed he made it happen thanks I love how quick he is there to pick us up from everywhere we visited hes so professional and fun definitely will call him next time and couldn’t recommend any one better

Ross is a cool guy. Very punctual and professional. Very reasonably priced as well. He’s my go to guy in southern Cali!

So I was calling around today and I just so happened to leave this place a voicemail so I could get a quote on a round trip shuttle to LAX and back. This guy finally called me back and at first seemed nice. He started off by asking me the details of my trip and how many people. What I thought was extremely weird was that he asked if we were all students or if we were a family. I don’t see how that matters, I needed room for 8 and the price shouldn’t be different based on the type of people going. Anyways I told him we were a FAMILY of 6 adults and 2 small children. So before he gave me a quote he then asked me what the lowest quote I had already gotten was. I told him $ 145 each way. Then he told me that he needed the information to call them and verify and that he would beat their price by 10%. I then asked him if he charged for car seats and his LOUD response was «WOAH, WHO TOLD YOU THAT! I replied that «I NEVER SAID YOU DID CHARGE, I’m asking if you do?» He then yelled at me «YOU KNOW WHAT, I DON’T WANT YOUR BUSINESS ANYMORE!!» And he hung up. This jerk got extremely defensive and for what? Because I asked him if he charged extra if I needed car seats, which I do! I didn’t want a run around of of well who gave you that price so I can call, verify and beat it. I just needed a simple quote so I could decide on what I wanted and who I wanted to do business with. Is it that hard to give me a price based on occupancy and distance? Does it matter if it’s a shuttle full of students or elderly people? Should the price be different? NO! This guy was so annoying and so extremely rude to me that I had to create a Unilocal account and make sure that I let EVERYONE KNOW WHAT A COMPLETE A** this guy is!!! Don’t waste your time calling him, he will ask you a bunch of pointless questions and then hang up on you because he didn’t like one of the questions you ask him.

You didn’t refer me to anyone, your «driver» got angry with me because I asked him a question and then YELLED AT ME! I never had the chance to call him ANY NAMES ON THE PHONE! I called him an ass after and yes he was annoying, rude and very unprofessional, as was your comment. I see that no one in your very low class business knows how to treat customers. It’s so sad to see that instead of apologizing for your rude driver or whoever answered the phone you call me a «mad woman, low-​class» and oh wait, I «have a big mouth.» Well of course I’m going to use the same website that referred me to you to let everyone else know how unprofessional you are. If you’re going to spend $ 500+ to get driven to the airport you would that they could provide better customer service than what I received.

Wow — a GREAT alternative to those pricey airport shulltles!!! I needed a ride for my nephew and his girlfriend to LAX and contacted Elite! Firas answered the phone immediately, quoted me an excellent price and came to pick up my nephew @ a reasonable time — unlike the shuttle services that have you there @ the airport 4 hours before your departure flight!
Very nice gentleman! Even called me after he had dropped my «loved» ones off to let me know they had arrived!
My nephew called me to tell me he had a great ride, the service was great and enjoyed Firas’ company!

Ross has been wonderful on the two occasions I have used him. Both occasions he was on time (if not 10 minutes+ early). I went to LAX and Ontario. Ross knows the best and quickest routes, which is what you need especially going to LAX. He will talk with you if you want to talk with him, otherwise he gets on with the job. I can sit back and relax on the way to and from home, and enjoy the music he plays in the car! Basically, he does what he is meant to do without having to worry, which I really appreciate. I will be using him again!

Hands down best chauffeur service in the Inland Empire! Ross was very polite and on time which is rare on taxi services, had a nice conversation on the way to the airport and the car was really nice. Wow really these people are the rudiest business people I have ever meet. They keep messaging me to remove my star and review and bribing me. I’m a business person and when I was in the island empire I was miss treated over the phone. I call them to ask them to stop messaging me to remove my review and then they cuss me out. You guys need to learn business manners. I have never in my life be treated like they did me. Now that I have written this review I have been getting text messages from random people on the comment when they posted my number to my review and there responding to Craigslist with my number and my Unilocal account. They have nothing but harassed me this hole time. When are they going to quit. Do I have to change my number because of this company. There spamming my number to much. I had to change my number cause of them. And as far as me being drunk or high there full of shit. They say I’m a whore or that I asked there driver for a free ride of my“so called job” there full of crap and I have text messages and messages on here as well as pictures from when the number I use to have was handed out with the link to this review. They thought they were smart. That number my family only know now I got to call and give them my new number. Cause of these people. But guess what I’m not taking this down.

Elite always answered their phone and even called ME while my flight was delayed (for hours) and the time I asked them to pick me up at the airport kept changing.
