Established in 2013.

The vision for starting Top-​2-​Bottom Cleaning Services, was to provide professional yet personal cleaning services in the Inland Empire area. Top-​2-​Bottom Cleaning is family owned by Laci White and her husband Micah White.

Business Owner

Laci is a wife, mother and business owner. With a heart for community, she quit her corporate bank job of four years to pursue a service related trade. Laci strongly believes that small businesses are what fuel our local economy and would like to be able to employ those who are seeking employment in the Inland Empire area. She strives to offer quality service at reasonable prices and reasonable wages for all employed with Top-​2-​Bottom Cleaning Services.
