I got a key made for 5 bucks, quick fast service only thing is the lady at front can be a lil more happier sometimes i asked have a great day maam, and she ignored me wow wtf did i do to u? Its really not all that serious she needs better customer service skills also they dont accept debit cards if its 5 dollars and under so that sucks !!

I’m a Realtor and one of my vacant homes was broken into. I called and was greeted by a courteous and fast reply. Bob showed up within 20 minutes and handled rekeying the entire home in under an hour. It literally took me longer to call around to find someone. The prices and trip charge were quite reasonable. Very fast service. I called and they were here to help in less than 15 mins. My lock was loose and he even fixed it. Def saved the day. If I ever lock myself out of the house, I will definitely call again

Their service is fast and their prices are reasonable, made three keys today and they turned out great. Glad I stopped in with them today. The only thing they didn’t have was more variety of colors for my one key because they were sold out of patterns and designs for that specific key shape. Other than trying to keep stuff like that in stock, typical door keys can be made very quickly, it’s kind of amazing how quickly they can make your keys! More importantly, they work!

They had no problem cutting a key for my 2012 Honda Pilot all under 5 mins. Highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome! I called them out to rekey my house when my wife lost her keys. They told me what time they’d be out and kept me informed while on their way. The driver called me to let me know when he was 15 minutes away. I didn’t expect that and it was nice that he did so.
Once at the house, while keying one of the doors, he found that it wasn’t latching properly. That was a problem we’d been having for years now and I didn’t report it to him because others have tried to fix it but couldn’t. So I had just given up and we were living with it. I only expected him to rekey the lock and figured the latching problem would still be there as it was for years. Well, this nice man actually managed to fix it and the bonus was that he didn’t charge us. He said it was included in the rekey he was doing. (The rekey was $ 10 per lock). Imagine paying only $ 10 to solve a latching problem that no one else could figure out in all these years. My wife and I were so happy, I can’t tell you.
I will recommend these guys to my friends and family whenever they need lock work.

Called in for a quote on getting an ignition and door lock key made for a Porsche I had lost all sets of keys to. Was quoted $ 110 which I felt was reasonable for a difficult job. I had the car on a trailer so I took it over there. They were done in less than an hour (barely got my shopping done at Target!) and said since my door handles were already removed and it wasn’t much work for them, my bill was only $ 50! Any place that charges less than half what they quoted me deserves a good Unilocal writeup. Thanks for the perfectly working keys and friendly service.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! We were skeptical driving up to the building, it’s pretty small and dark. We would have missed it if it wasn’t right by the road. But they were great! Really fast service, nice people, we got two chip keys cut and programmed for $ 60 in under 10 minutes. All of the places we called around to quoted getting ONE key made from $ 68 to $ 120. The lady made it quick and painless. Would definitely go here again.

Hubs has used the key made service, always satisfied with results. Took a water-​oil-​gasoline lock box for a Model T… Jack was able to make a key for that. The real challenge was a 1909 Model T wheel lock minus the key. Jack took the challenge! Left the whole old lock there and when we checked back… waaaa-la…done! Works smoothly and opens right up… We could not be more satisfied with the results and a reasonable fee for this service. A true locksmith. If you have a job that requires a craftsman, visit Jack’s Key Service… You will no be disappointed. Courtesy and reliable work is their hallmark.

Made duplicate truck keys for us, never any issues. A little too smokey inside for my taste, but whatever I got my keys.

My Husband and I have been trying to get a jammed door unstuck all weekend and we call for someone to come look at it. They tell us it’s $ 65 to service. By some act of God, the locksmith gets here, pulls hard on the door and it opens. He still charges us the full $ 65. Not happy. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

Great service, friendly and honest staff. I broke a key off in my driver’s side door and was unable to use the ignition. Another locksmith removed the tumbler so I could start my car with a blank but I needed it fixed. Jack’s staff removed my trunk lock to match the existing lock to create a new key. In addition, he added a new tumbler to the ignition and reprogrammed the new key for 125. Definitely worth every penny.

Went to get some keys copied for my roommate. I was suprised by how fast it took to copy them. They work perfectly on our door, definitely will come again.

I step out if the house to grab something out of my car close the door and bam dead bolt locks the door! I called jacks and within minutes received a call from Paul I was told originally from the shop and hour and a half when he heard I was locked out of the house he was there within 20 minutes he is my knight in shining mini van thank you thank you !!! You can’t beat 50 bucks from their location in San b to highland and the peace of mind he gave me to help get me back inside !!!

I was having some issues with my car door locks turning properly.
Doug diagnosed them as most likely being caused by worn pins. Price: Flat fee of $ 45 per door lock ($ 90 total). When I dropped off the car, Doug asked if he could have about an hour or so to work on the locks.
Since their business is located on the same corner as Target and Big Lots, it was easy to spend that time shopping.
I called to check-​in a couple of times, which was good since it took about two hours to finish.
Both locks were now lubed, cleaned, and most importantly, worked!
Quick and Easy! Will definitely return for any other lock-​related problems.
