this guy and his company are a big scam — he will never show up on time, does a crappy work — you cannot even as much ask a question while he is working he picks up a fight at the drop of a hat — all his measurements are flawed and you end up buying a lot more hardware than required.
he will quote a 1 yr warranty and never picks up your call once you handover the money to him — please save yourself a lot of trouble and time and money and get a better contractor. this fellow is a big cheat

Damage my entrance floor by putting some wrong product on top of it that is supposed to protect. But it ending up take the shine alway. He came (after a long time) to try to fix but, it was not fixed at all. Nice work on my leaving room (wood). Never ever will contract this company again for a CERAMIC or TILES Job.
If you are looking for a job with a nice finish details BIG NO for this company

Julio is great, he did an awesome job. Found Marin floor from the craiglists and I’m glad for my decision. He so passion keep back and forward multiple time because my house had a leaking problem the floor was wet. He lent me a dehumidifier machine for free and check the water level multiple time make sure everything is good to go before installing the laminate floor. He can work with tight budget but still come out with a good result, and I will use his service again on my next house project. Thank you for making my home beautiful!
