Bank of America

Very rude employees, bunch of kids who have no manners & don’t know how to treat people. All BOFA banks now have the thick glass barriers & give you a different feel.

Came here to do a deposit for work, and the teller Gustavo aka Gus was a jerk about the whole experience. Do your job. Don’t make me do it for you and then complain about it

Great service, well kept area and a candy bowl always stocked up. Keep it up, Bank of America!

Never went inside the bank at all, but like the fact that you can withdrawal $ 50 dollar bills from the ATM

Bank seems understaffed as there is almost never more than 2 tellers working, despite spaces for 8 or so tellers. Its banking so it’s a necessary evil in this day and age. While they’re ok they could do better!

Pretty average for a BoA. I’ve come here a few times because of location and convenience, but the parking situation is really bizarre and the exit is just as weird. It feels very boxed in, and confusing to get out of if you have to return the same direction you came.
The staff is nice but sparse, on a busy day count on having to wait quite a bit if your transaction is outside of ATM-​ability because they’re so understaffed. Otherwise, everyone is pretty nice, they really could use an update though.

I’m not surprised this location has 2 ½ stars.
Worst customer service imaginable and the branch manager failed to return my call.
I’m done with Bank of America. I closed my accounts and will no longer use BofA’s services.

Horrible customer service. The lines are always way too long. Hello management! Hire more people. No one seems like they want to help you. They refuse to remove fees for cashing a check and tell me that it’s impossible. Lies, another location did it for me a week before. This location is awful. Avoid if possible.

I am so glad Dyeisha helped me today, I had been paid through a debit card and had problems trying to access my money paid. It was during lunch, I was time limited and stressed, I am just so happy she was kind and patient and very helpful.

Holy moly, the only reason i personally gotta stop by bank is to exchange for some quarters. I’ve tried coming in during various timing with a hope that service could be better but nay it’s the same no matter when u come in. Darn you laundry!

My experience with them so far has been positive!
Sometimes the branch can get busy but if you go earlier during the day, it’s pretty smooth.
My only complain (and a major one at that) with BoA is that they changed our credit cards with no way to link payments on the old one to the new one.

Long lines, never more than 2 or 3 tellers, though there are spots for about 7 or so of them?
It is my local bank, and parking is convenient, so, yay.
2 stars. All about the lines and lack of employees.

They are always short tellers and it’s always at least a 20 minute wait. I keep saying 9^th time’s a charm but they are never prepared here. Enough is enough. If you have the option to go to another branch, do it… In fact, you might as well completely switch accounts to another bank while you’re at it.

Wow. And the teller who «helped» me took the money out of the WRONG ACCOUNT to boot. Really, really slow and poor service. Unacceptable.
The wait was about 30 minutes — and I have never waited so long at ANY OTHER BRANCH!

Today I went in to make a deposit for my company. I entered the bank and went to the business line which had one person at it compared to the regular line that had like 15. I waited for 5mins and then one of the 2 tellers instructed me to get into the regular line because it would be faster. I replied. You mean the line with 15 people. She stated yes. I moved into the other line and then watched her open up another station and help another customer. I became angry. How I saw it. Anna could have easily opened up that station for me and helped me and then helped everyone else. There is a business line for a reason. I am at work and making a business deposit or transaction. When I asked her about it. She said she was not the business teller, but yet she ended up being the window that I went to so apparently she could still take care of my deposit.

Good branch and Susan Moreno is a great manager. Queues are not large and it is possible to arrange a meeting without previous assignment. There are at least 5 ATMs and all of them are operating — I ‘ve used them quite a lot fir some time when I needed cash or made cash deposit to my account. Service at this branch works realky well for me and my friends.

Very bad service, I waited 25 min in line and finally arrived at cashier desk and the lady took another 20 min to verify my check and finally it was ok, after she said she is out of cash took another 10 mins to get a cash coz manager wasn’t there, I got my cash in 50 min. I’ll never go back to this brach .
Manager or supervisor need some special training to handle the branch and they should hire more and proffecinal staff.

Came at 3:00 pm on a weekday and the wait for an associate was 30 minutes because there was only one banking associate. Geez. The lady greeting, Carla, said it’s faster to wait in line for a teller rather than an associate. So, off to the line I went. They have 11 teller windows, but only two tellers and the line was 8 people deep? Geez.
Anyway, 2 stars for planning on their part. Gave them an extra star because Carla jumped behind a window to solve my problem. Thanks Carla!

Nice office, friendly and knowledgeable stuff. Sometimes there is a line, but never too long.

Slowest service ever. Went in around 1pm on a weekday and there was no line but the teller service was slow. She seemed really annoyed that she needed to help me and she told me to wait, as she filled out some papers at her desk. Can’t you do that after I leave? Customer service –1 star.
Deposited 5 checks and got new checks, and that was an half an hour trip. Should have been 10 minutes at the most!
When I needed to order checks, I sat down with the girl who helped me, it took her a while because I needed my address changed, and I had to spell «Terrace» for her 5 times.
At the end, when she asked me to check the spelling, she still spelled it «Terrance.»
Come on now! =T
