We offer a cozy friendly atmosphere, with a very personable smiling staff, eager to please and make your dinning experience one to remember! Our delicious menu consists of a plethora of grilled cheese sandwiches and a variety of seafood, from u-​peel shrimp to Crab Cake sandwiches. The Crab Melt and Lobster Grilled Cheese are two of the local’s favorites along with some Old Bay Fries. Hope to see you soon.

History

Established in 2012.

First opened in January of 2012. Has served through out the year feeding alot of friendly people. In November of 2012 I purchased The Grilled Cheese and Crab Cake Company from the previous owner. My name is Ryan and I have been in the restaurant business for half my life. My philosphy is to create great food while keeping the price reasonable, always striving to make our customers happy with a full belly and a smile on their face.

My name is Ryan, and I have worked in the restaurant business for half my life, starting out at the age of 16 as a dishwasher at big seafood restaurant in Ocean City MD, by the name of The Hobbit. I moved my way up through the ranks getting experience all over the restaurant from front of the house: bussing, serving, hosting, managing, and the all important back of the house, getting experience on the grill, sauté, bake, salads and desserts. I worked along side of many talented chefs throughout my career, gaining a lot of experience and knowledge. Most recently worked at a local’s favorite Italian restaurant in Fenwick Island DE, Mancini’s, as the kitchen manager/​sauté cook, where I learned a lot of great Italian dishes and great seafood recipes. Born and raised in Maryland, gaining a lot of experience cooking great mouth watering seafood dishes!
