This was by far the worst dealership experience for both my fiancé and I.
We were interested in one of the cars on this lot and decided to stop by one day.
After nobody bothered to approach us for 20 minutes we went to the office in hopes of being able to check out the car. The man inside the office didn’t bother noticing us or even saying hello. He demanded a credit check even after I said we were ready to pay cash. I am comfortable telling everybody to stay away from this rude/​disrespectful place and go down to a real dealership such as Team Superstores in Vallejo. No wonder this guy doesn’t have a successful business. I’d rather deal with pushy salesmen somewhere else then be disrespected and «shoed out» of this spot.

I seen a truck on line for 26,000 ford f-​350 2012. So, to know that it was in Napa California 77 miles. Me an brother in law drive out there. We arrived 30 minutes earlier then we expected. They open at 10 am tell 4 pm. A guy saw us there an he drove right by us. He didn’t even said good morning. That’s not sales he seems like he has a stick up his as#*&. I still think there’s a lot of racism in California. I’m blessed to live in San jose ca. To the owner if, it’s not him. Be couse he doesn’t seem professional. My advice get rid of him get someone else.

The most laid back car dealership ever. Almost to a fault. Seriously, these guys are in no rush. If you can hang with that, and just be patient you’ll be in the right place to find a gem of a deal! It was an unexpected find, just a drive by, but dang we are so happy with this car!!! It was just the right fit for our needs at this time. This car was bought to help out a friend but we’ll be using it as our back up car as well. I feel so blessed that we were able to find a good quality car at a low price point. Cars on the lot are all open to come see. Just a little hut for an office space, so it can get crowded inside their office. Two guys working at a time. You can test drive any car for 20 min. (I guess some people we’re gone longer? Not sure the story behind that). But yes, bottom line best deal for our money. The car drives really well, and is in pristine condition. We couldn’t be happier!

My daughter and I came here and we’re looking around for about 15 minutes, thinking someone would come out to help us, after about 20 minutes we decided to go peek in the office to ask for help with a few different trucks, after saying we interested he just looked at us. We asked to see them if that was possible and he looked like we greatly unconvinced him. He put the keys in the trucks and was silent and just stood there as we looked at them, after giving him the keys back he took them and went into his office and did not come back out or look to see if we needed any more help or had questions. Overall just an awkward and rude experience.

Only been a couple weeks that I bought my truck from this place that I came across it not being able to start. Don’t buy a vehicle here go somewhere else and Save the hassle and money you would have to put in to get the vehicle fixed. Thumbs down negative stars if I could!

Going on a used car lot is usually a nightmare, but Greenbergs is quite different. My wife and I were free to look the vehicles over without being bothered by salespeople, and when we did want attention, Mark Cassidy took care of us very well indeed. We ended up buying a low-​mileage Ford F250 truck that’s in really great shape, and received a good trade in allowance for our 2002 Kia Optima. We’ve since driven the truck daily and towed our camper on weekend trips — the truck performs great!

This was as easy as buying a car could be. We found a nice ’09 Honda Fit with low mileage listed online and headed up to Napa to check it out. Mark Cassidy the Sales Manager gave us the keys and let us take it around town for a spin on our own. When we came back there was no pushy sales pitch. The car had been reduced, we offered slightly less, and again, there was no back and forth, sale made and two happy customers. Big thanks to Mark and Greenbergs!

I cannot believe I just gave a car dealership (used none the less) a good review. I dont think I have ever had good experiences with car dealerships until now. Greenbergs is FABULOUS! I worked with Mark and Ignacio (salesmen) and Darren (a man from the shop) .We didn’t spend hours arguing over an over inflated price (because it wasn’t and I felt they gave us a really great deal in addition to their already reasonable price) and they bought my 10 year well loved car for what I considered to be a fair price (they have to make money too– I don’t work for free, I don’t expect them to either) The sales people are not pushy– heck I was in 4 times to talk to them about this car and never once did I feel pressured into making a decision at that moment, they were vary patient with me and answered all my questions (that said I did do alot of homework on my own as I am not an expert, but I’m also not an idiot and anyone buying a car should do some of their own research and not completely put their faith in the person selling it). That’s the sales aspect of it.
After purchasing the vehicle on the way home the car started beeping at me that the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) needed servicing. I got home and first called GM since this car is still under factory warrenty– which apparently the tire pressure monitoring system isn’t and they wanted to charge me money to just look at it. I then called Greenberg’s back and Darren answered the phone and I explained my problem. He immediately began working to solve the issue. He told me what the tire pressures should be at, and I checked that out. Tire pressure was not the problem. So then he checked how to reset the TPMS and found that it wasn’t anything I or he could do as it required a special tool. He called the tire store they deal with and had me take it over there where the tech found that there was no sensors in the tires. The previous owner probably had other wheels put on at some point, installed sensors, and when the stock wheels were returned to the car to sell it, the sensors weren’t returned to the wheel. The tech at the tire shop told me not to worry Greenberg’s was picking up the tab to install these in my new car.
I am writing this review because these guys deserve your business, they aren’t slimeballs who say ‚“ohh well your problem now” after you just bought a car from them. Its expected that used cars will have some minor issues, after all — they are used by humans. When an issue like this arrises and the dealership takes responsibility like that it attest to the character of the business and the people who run. That’s rares these days! Thank you Greenberg’s

the website talks about getting everyone qualified… when in reality they can only qualify people over 600… dont waste a credit check on them 43% of usa is under 600 so dont be ashamed
