The mission of T3 is «Embracing Ecology… Electrically,» promoting green initiatives that features a fleet of all-​electric vehicles, developing experiences and creating everlasting memories for visitors and residents alike.

I started planning our trip to Napa two months ago. I found T3 and was intrigued by the chance to ride in a Tesla. Micheal was extremely helpful in two aspects of my plans. Firstly he helped me create a wine tour that hit the right wineries for my partner and myself. Secondly he offered competitive solutions for the transportation from SFO to Napa. He was prompt, courteous and constructive in helping me build the ideal trip.
The intrigue with riding in a Tesla has now been surpassed by the outstanding customer service that Micheal and my wine tour curator Drew have provided at a time when I was scrambling for help. In short the storm Goliath that stretched from Texas to Wisconsin hit O’Hare on Dec 28th like a rock. My partner spent the entire day trying to get a flight out with no thanks to United Airlines who kept rebooking her and then cancelling flights. Micheal was so supportive and positive at a time when I was bummed that I was projecting that I would spend the week on my own! More than that he flexed our original itinerary and was creative in picking me up from SFO and then offering alternatives as to how we could pick my partner up as and when she would get to SFO. Ultimately she didn’t but again Micheal was epic with an audible that adjusted the wine tour that was scheduled for the next day and customised a tour just for me. Amazing!!! Today, Drew took me on the wine tour and he too impressed me with his understanding of how bummed I was in being solo and made my day a lot better than it could have been.
Yes it is cool to ride in a Tesla, but it is even cooler working with compassionate and true professionals such as the team at T3… I would use them again and again and again. Don’t use a typical car service for Napa, use T3. You won’t regret it.

Best way to see Napa, hands down. Our driver Drew was timely, flexible, engaging, and extremely professional. We felt like absolute royalty. He even escorted us inside to each winery. As for the reservation process, Michael worked with me to recommend the absolute perfect schedule (Darioush, James Cole, and Cade– we loved them all!) and was flexible with our planning. I was blown away by how he worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted. Worth every single penny. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

My wife and I have done the private charter through Napa and Sonoma many times, but never has it been a trip like today. The details are simple… our driver contacted us exactly 1 hr prior to arrival and showed up early. The car… immaculate. And it’s a Tesla so… that just really is icing on the cake. Our «curator» Michael was a gem. Really one of those «above and beyond» people that is just genuinely a great person to spend a day with.
The car. I assume that part of why you are looking at T3 is simply because of the car. Yep, it’s a Tesla. Yep, it’s comfy. Yep, it’s fricken cool to ride in. And finally… yep, it’s really not much more expensive than a stuffy Towncar. And let’s be real, do you want to show up at a vineyard in an old Lincoln… or a Tesla? You know the answer.
So on to the fun stuff. We really didn’t have an itinerary; it was more or less just stop here, stop there along Westside road in Healdsburg. Regardless of the timing, our driver/​curator called ahead and walked us in. This detail, if I’m honest, can feel hokey if not done right. Michael was in, shook a hand and then out guaranteeing us a spot at the tasting bar without having to fight for one on a busy Saturday. It wasn’t hokey or awkward in the slightest, he handled it like a professional and it made the whole day just that much better. To top it off, at nearly every stop the others in the tasting room would ask «Oh my gosh, how is the Tesla!» And then… «That’s a car service!!!»
In the end, I’m not sure I can do justice to the service provided with an editorial review. Do yourself a favor and book with T3, even if it is a little more out of pocket. The experience will be worth it. We will be booking again on our next trip up!

Driver (actually, the company’s owner Michael) was over 20 minutes late for a morning airport run. Family really wanted a ride in a Tesla but had to make an emergency call and drive our own car to the airport after 20 minutes passed with no word from the driver. Amazingly, Michael thought we should pay for our ride even though he was wayyy late and didn’t keep in touch while my family waited for him to arrive. He and I spoke on the phone and he even dropped the «F-​bomb» on me. I guess he thinks it’s good business to show up 20 minutes late, not actually drive the customer anywhere and still get paid! Rather amazing perspective on customer service.

Just had a lovely 3 day vacation in Napa & Sonoma. I must say that Tesla T3 and our driver Michael elevated a great experience to one that was sublime. All my dealings with the company were prompt, personalized and helpful. Michael gave us some great suggestions and introductions at the wineries. As a final note the Tesla is an amazing car! Thanks to Tesla Tours & Transportation this was my best visit to the wine country EVER!

T3 provided a stylish, entertaining, & eco-​friendly transfer from San Francisco Airport (SFO) to Napa. They were on-​time, courteous, and friendly. Our driver Michael walked us through many of the car features, letting me experience many of the touchscreen menus. He entertained us with several jokes, numerous music searches as we played «stump the Tesla», while providing us with a free tour of downtown as we switched highways to avoid traffic. The quoted price of $ 173 (all fees, tolls, and gratuities included) was comparable to the towncars I searched. Note that towncars generally have hidden fuel surcharges and fees when you perform your apples-​to-​apples comparison. I would recommend T3 and will consider it on future travels to the bay area.

I used them to transport my elderly mother to the San Francisco airport. She’s a bit nervous when flying alone but she really liked the driver and the «fun» car. He really took great care of her and she can’t wait for her trip back home from the airport when she gets back. Thanks T3!
