Catherine Y is fantastic. Her skill and expertise is second to none with color and cut. She also does an excellent keratin treatment. LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair! Gordon’s is fortunate to have Catherine! I highly recommend her.

Erynn was the most disrespectful person at no fault of mine. She had another appointment and cancelled mine under 3 hours notice and then had a conflict with the rescheduling of the following day. Drove 20 miles to be told that I was late and she had to leave. She made me so nervous that I could not even respond but just left. I callled management and asked for a return call without any response. Will NOT go back and suggest that you research your Groupons with her.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY:
So I bought my mother a Groupon for this company as a birthday gift. A $ 50 Groupon for a «Full Service Hot Stone Massage». First of all, my mother works really hard and truly deserved this, which is why I was really excited to get this for her.
Well, my mother was rescheduled twice due to «family emergencies» of the massage therapist that they had booked her with, (which caused the Groupon to move past the expiration date). My mother explained this to the woman over the phone and she told her that it would be fine.
Well, when she arrived as instructed, the girl that she was directed to («Erynn») was unaware of the Groupon (which was specifically for this company and specified service and written in BOLD at the top) and also complained that the Groupon had expired. My mother explained to her what had happened and after minutes of interrogating my mother the girl rolled her eyes and said, «I can honor this for a facial».
Extremely uncomfortable, my mother said «I don’t think that I want to continue this anymore». The girl looked at her, shrugged her eyebrows and gave her a freaking thumbs up. Unbelievable. Their refusal to honor a Groupon that they promoted and I payed for is unacceptable.
Don’t let these people treat you or your family with the disrespect that they showed my mother.

Christie Abbott truly is a gifted massage therapist! Not only is she very knowledgeable of the human body, but she truly cares about what she does. She knows how to tune in and adapt to people’s individual needs. Not every therapist has that talent nor does every therapist give you the peace of mind during each massage that you’re in the hands of someone who cares about you. If you want friendly, relaxation, and therapeutic– I would recommend Christie to anyone!

Christie Abbott has gifted hands. If you are looking for a therapist who can really target your problem areas, relax you and make you feel young again you have come to the right place. Christie really knows how to read your body and focus her energy on healing it. I can’t wait till my next appointment!

Point blank — Christie Abbott has been put on this earth to do massages! She is the most amazing massage therapist I have ever been to and this is coming from someone who is very particular (I have also never done an online review before, but she is so great I just had too!). I truly think she puts her heart, soul and energy into giving the massage and making it the most healing and stress relieving experience possible. I also love that she has been trained in so many different modalities of massage and can adjust the session depending on what you need. I recommend her to everyone I know — she truly is gifted!!!

Christie gives the best massages! I’ve been to her several times and I’m never disappointed except when it’s over! I have tried several different spas in Nashville and believe Christie gives one of the best massages I’ve ever had and she’s extremely great at working on problem areas.

I thought I would take a few minutes to write a brief review on Gordon & Co. First of all I would say I am surprised that there aren’t other reviews for this place and I hope that I selected the correct one. My wife and I stopped in on Weds. ⁸⁄₁₇ to receive massages. My wife purchased two massages on Sharing Spree recently. Our masseuse’s name was Chris. We both really enjoyed our massages. I’ve only had three previously. I would say that the one I received from Chris was pretty good. Our massages both lasted a full hour. It was very relaxing and was well worth it even if we were paying full price versus the reduced price that we paid. I would definitely recommend this place & Chris for a good massage.
