Consider It Done!

I just wanted to make a comment regarding their honesty. When I described what I needed done I was told that due to the distance from them to Canyon Lake they didn’t think they could do it economically.

Andy Lavash and his Consider it Done provide top quality, reliable and fairly priced services. I have utilized his services both professionally and personally on numerous projects. He is very versatile so can successfully complete almost any home improvement, rehab, construction or real estate «make ready» for market project.

I would highly recommend Andy from Consider It Done! He is punctual and does what he says when he says he’s going to do it and that’s hard to find in this day and age. Whether it is a small job or a large job everything is done with the highest of integrity and honesty. Andy and his contractors arrived at my home on time on a rainy day and proceeded to correct a few carpeting issues. They treated my home with respect by removing their shoes or wearing shoe covers so they wouldn’t bring mud into the house. He also removed several external flood lights and replaced them with new fixtures. Andy believes in doing the job correctly the first time and values a high degree of customer service. I highly recommend Consider It Done. Andy with Consider It Done came up with the perfect solution to my patio storage needs that also doubles as functional decking. For two years, my wife and I have searched for deck boxes that would be both functional and look great on our patio. Most of what we found were either plastic or a synthetic wicker that did not present the finish we wanted nor fit appropriately in the space we needed to fill. After arriving at the conclusion that they would have to be custom built, finding the right person who understood our needs and was responsive was the next challenge.
Like many neighborhoods governed by a homeowners association, strict guidelines must be followed. Deck boxes are typically treated like patio furniture, which don’t fall under HOA rules. But because of the size and space I needed to fill, we were able to come up with a design that did not require all of the red tape from dealing with the HOA while still meeting my needs.
Following a short discussion of what we envisioned, we knew our decision to contract with Consider It Done was the best choice we could have made. As a result, the storage on each side of my hot tub and stairs are mobile when needed yet sturdy as a rock, did not require one bolt into the permanent structure necessitating HOA involvement, met our storage needs and, most importantly, look beautiful from our back yard and tie in perfectly with our patio and outdoor kitchen.
Andy’s meticulous attention to detail and workmanship exceeded our expectations. As we continue improvements to our home, whether it be structural or land work, Consider It Done will certainly be our first call.
