Known for its artisanal breads and traditional French desserts, Bouchon Bakery offers handmade viennoiserie, confections, pastries, tarts and cookies, as well as sandwiches, quiche, soups and salads made in-​house daily.

Espresso drinks and coffee custom-​blended by Chef Keller’s longtime partner Equator Coffees &Teas, are offered year-​round in addition to house-​made juices.

Bouchon Bakery offers corporate and office catering, as well as catering services for weddings, bar mitzvahs, baby showers, etc.

We offer specialty items, including custom cakes and favors, as well as various seasonal and holiday items, all of which are available for special order.

History

Established in 2011.

In May 2011, Chef Thomas Keller opened the second New York location of his signature Bouchon Bakery at Rockefeller Center.

Bouchon Bakery at Rockefeller Center offers Keller’s unique twist on traditional French boulangerie fare. The menu includes a wide selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and viennoiserie. For the sweet tooth, the Bakery presents a wide assortment of classic desserts including hand-​made chocolates, pastries, cookies, tarts, and traditional French confections.

Designed by premier restaurant designer Adam D. Tihany of Tihany Design, Bouchon Bakery at Rockefeller Center is at the heart of this New York landmark, directly across from the studios of The Today Show. Large hand-​painted murals by French artist Paulin Paris adorn the walls above the retail area, echoing elements of Keller’s acclaimed Bouchon restaurants in Yountville, California and Las Vegas.
