There is not a zero or negative star I could give, but here is my experience, I purchased a selfie stick from this super-​expensive seller at the price of $ 39. Quality of the product was not perfect but okay. The stick button was very tough and sometimes had trouble taking selfie pics. So overally was not satisfied with it. Later on the day, I went to Chinatown and found the same product for $ 4, I was underwhelmed and decided to return this but it was not returnable. I looked on the receipt and it said exchange w/​7 days, so I thought it is better to exchange this item for another item. We went to the store the other day and the seller who was very rude and discourteous simply refused to accept our exchange request and underwhelmed us with this shopping experience. I strongly suggest every person visiting Times Square do yourself a good favor and avoid patronizing this business.

Nous avions acheté un «selfie stick» dans ce magasin pour l’anniversaire de notre beau fils à Dallas. Ce modèle s’étant révélé défectueux lors de son déballage, j’ai appelé le magasin puis j’ai envoyé un email de Dallas. Une semaine plus tard, un nouveau modèle avait été envoyé à notre beau-​fils sans avoir eu besoin de renvoyer le modele défectueux et uniquement sur notre bonne foi.
J’avoue avoir un peu craint de né rien recevoir, vu les précédents avis sur Unilocal,mais quand c’est positif, il faut aussi le signaler. Donc, une bonne surprise.

Worst customer service in the world if there was a option to give them negative 1 for this store that alone was to much for this guy’s the bald guy at the camera and lens area arab guy with the big forehead offered me to buy stolen lens he told me a black guy sold them a stolen lens which happens to be canon at this point I refused to buy stolen goods I told him it is wrong what he’s doing at least don’t mention a Blackman sold you a stolen lens, just say it it’s just stolen Mr that’s all, when I told him I’m going to call Canon, Sonny, Nikon and let them know you we’re trying to selling me stolen goods he then told me you need to get the hell out of my store I’m closing this section I’ve observed him inside the store over 40 minutes and his section was not closed at all, his prices are so expensive and he takes advantage of tourist he speaks Arabic with his coworkers god knows what he’s talking about you when I told him I will put this on youtube and Unilocal hes comeback was I will pay Unilocal and they will take out the bad reviews he told me I’ve been doing them for a long time so getout my store.

I gave them a 1 star because you can’t give a zero. They use every con game in existence to rip you off. They actually switched cameras and gave me a used one as new. They did the same thing with the extra lens. When I asked the return policy prior they told us it was 7 days for any reason. When I went to return they said to look at the receipt of which it said exchange only. They then wanted me to pay more. These people are leaches on society.

DO NOT TRUST THIS MERCHANT — THEY ARE CROOKS. I am a local (the store is in Times Square so mostly tourists patronize it) but needed a camera battery on short notice. I knew I wouldn’t get getting a great price, but was leaving on vacation the next day so had few options. I had been having problems with my camera reflecting the charge in the battery (that is, despite the battery having been charged, the camera showed the battery was dead) and explained this to the merchant — his name is Phil. He assured me that if when I got home and charged the battery, if I had the same problem, I could return the battery and GET MY MONEY BACK. I explained to him that under no circumstances did I want to purchase this over-​expensive battery if I couldn’t be certain I’d get a refund if I had an issue. He assured me that would not be a problem, and I asked him to put that promise in writing, and he looked me in the eye and assured me that he would remember me and I would have no issue. I’m a lawyer and am sensitive to over-«lawyering» situations, so decided to trust the guy and didn’t push it. I WAS WRONG. Sure enough, the camera still wouldn’t reflect the battery charge; I went back the next day to get my refund and he would only offer me an exchange. Interestingly, a young woman was crying next to me asking for her money back because the phone she purchased from them wouldn’t work, and they wouldn’t give her her money back either. Crooks. Please do not patronize this business.

More of a souvenir shop but plenty of it, probably the best selection so far. Great location in Times Square.

Service exactly was just OK.
Funny how they were selling fun money dollar bills with Obama on it, with the face value of «0» lol.
