Description

Specialties

Hey — I’m Chris Conly.

I offer private lessons on guitar, banjo & ukulele, in a fun, song-based environment, so I can quickly connect and get you playing right away.

My personalized teaching approach tailors songs, exercises and pace to fit your individual learning style.

I’m also skilled in audio engineering & production, and work with students on songwriting, arranging and recording demos of original songs.

My aim with every student is to provide a one-stop-shop entrance to a supportive learning environment — and enjoy the benefits of performing, composing & recording music.

History

Established in 2007.

I started my business offering discrete private lessons to a range of clients out of my own home studio in Park Slope Brooklyn in 2007.

As my client base grew, and I had the need for a more professional studio space, I joined the team at Bass Hit Studio on 29th street in Chelsea in 2013.

I’ve also worked with clients in the comfort of their own homes both physically and virtually via Skype over the years.

My aim has always been to provide private students with the most individualized methods to help them advance their abilities playing, performing & recording music — and have fun enjoying the process.
