This location is the closest to my office therefore I go there due to convenience not choice. I try to avoid as much as I can. Almost every time the employees have a nasty attitude. I am not sure why they think they’re doing me favor by getting my coffee. Your not forced to work there.
So disappointed at Starbucks for their lack of training in customer service and poor management in this location.

Well, I showed up a bit after 7AM and they were closed, the guy was jamming out on his Beats and told me they weren’t opening up for a while. What? Starbucks manager, you actually lost money because your employees weren’t showing up to open the door. I just took my business elsewhere. Also, trash all over the place

The worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to… Say a lot as I’ve been in pretty bad once!
The restaurant is small, dark and dingy. The staff is fat and look dirty. The waitress had no clue what was on their menu, had to point it out. Then needless to say they were out of stock!
There is some seating but unfortunately inside a dusty atrium which I think is unhealthy to enter!

I go out of my way to visit this particular Starbucks. The employees are so quick and skilled at making my complicated order perfect every single time. Both Junior and Ivan greet me by name every time and always make my experience so exceptional!

I am giving them an extra star because I saw some improvement from my last few visits. It gets A+ for convenience.
Most of the staff isn’t particularly friendly and on one occasion one barista was kind of rude.
They also need better management because they run out of sandwiches all the time! It’s really frustrating. Today was the first time that I got the sandwich that I wanted.
The place is clean and the wait is reasonable so far.

Excellent brand new Starbucks. A little bit tricky to find as you need to first enter the public atrium next to Deutsche Bank to access it. Convenient to the 2⁄3 train! Clean, fast and great staff who know how to give each drink care and attention. Balthazar breakfast sandwiches have been a lifesaver on more than one occasion!
