Horrible way overpriced for what the services they don’t even fold your clothes nice. So I complained I actually gave this laundry mat $ 250 within a two month period, which pretty much makes me one of their best customers. So I figured I would call and tell them about the situation of not folding the clothing nice. and the response I got from the owner was we are not going to pick up from you anymore! instead of OK we can try or I hope next time is better. Yeah obviously have a lot of customers and don’t value anyone of the. Just skip this place and go to the other two places in the neighborhood with your 30 to 50 cents cheaper per pound, Because I found it they do a much better job, anyway.

Super Plan is your typical good laundromat. 1. A good ratio: There are enough dryers for washers. 2. Temperature: The machines are hot(or cold) — whatever you ask for. They will tell you if there is a problem(like the hot water heater being broken — yay, honesty). 3. Seats: Lots of them. 4. Folding stations: Lots of them too. 5. Cleanliness: Well, okay, the place is old but it doesn’t look like it’s falling apart. But there is a bathroom(if you are a patron and ask nicely) and a large sink in the front for your various needs(or a random street person’s birdbath). Overall, not bad. Edit: Folks, this is a low budget place in pre-gentrified Harlem. Not sure why some people expect it to be the Ritz-Carlton.

These people ripped my tshirts twice and claimed that it was my belt that created the holes. They were workout LuLu Lemon tshirts work yoga. what belt? The woman behnd the desk said that the dryers don’t have any sharp edges. Since this happened 2 separate times I knew they had done it. What was worse is that they didn’t even offer to discount any future services or replace my shirts. So they can replace my business.

I drop off 35lbs of laundry here once a month and it costs about $ 1.15+ per pound to have it washed and folded. You can do cheaper in the neighborhood,(e.g., Family Laundromat on 141 and FDB does it for $.85 and Jorges’ on Amsterdam between 141st&142 does it for $.75). But this place does do somewhat better work.

«Super Plan Laundromat»(not sure why Unilocal has the name wrong) is not too bad. I hate going in there to do my own laundry, but the pick up and drop off service is fantastic. I call, get my laundry picked up from my house, and the next day I call for delivery. There’s no additional charge for the service, except the tip I give to the delivery boy. That’s the best thing about this place, and that’s why I recommend it.
