This place ALWAYS has a line. It’s pretty ridiculous. Average wait time to get anything done is 25 – 30 mins. Why can’t the staffing be fixed?

I went into this branch twice and both times, it had been a disaster.
The first time I went in to make a quick withdrawal but I could not complete the transaction. I went inside, waited on line just to be given generic advice that was less than helpful.
The second time I went in was to also make a quick withdrawal. The transaction was completed but they charged me a withdrawal fee of $ 1.50. Why am I being charged when this should be a free transaction?!
Needless to say, I am never coming back to this branch ever again. Two times and they both ended badly.

First time I am using this brunch, but I needed to make a deposit ASAP, so I entered and tried to use the ATM machine for the transaction, but for some reason couldn’t complete it. I entered the Bank itself and found that there is almost no line. I was out after 5 minutes after completing what I needed. So one star goes off for the problem with the ATM, and the rest to the quick service

I dont normally go to this branch becuz i have 1 closer to my job. For the most part its close to my house. Thats about it. There is never usually any parking and its always busy. Not the most pleasant staff but hey. like i said. i dont and wouldnt normally go here
