Never write reviews — but had to write one for this one. I do like good ambiance, but good food always comes first. And Yummy City has good food at generous portions and a great price. It seems to be family run, by first gen immigrants, so tastes a little different from the run of the mill Chinese.
Highly recommend if you are looking for good Chinese food at reasonable prices (and don’t care about how a place looks)

Yummycity is perfect for a night when you’re feeling like getting a lot of food for a cheap price. Incredibly affordable but you get what you pay for though. My food is always hit and fresh and the spring rolls, egg drop soup and crab rangoon are super yummy! Definitely recommend if you’re craving Chinese food without burying a hole in your wallet. They also offer great deals

Yummy City is my go to chinese place on a weekday when I’m too tired to think. A lot of their dishes are simple but flavorful. Portions are generous, prices are great, and the classic chinese dishes are not too oily or greasy. I have been back about once a week for the past two months. Thanks Yummy City for all my late night home cooking cravings.

In comparing local Chinese places (I’ve tried the several in the area), Yummy City is the clear winner. Generous portions and reasonable prices. The food is very good, and that is not simply on a «Chinese take-​out scale.» See for your self — you can usually see a crowd inside (and outside) the place during the evening. Also, they have an awesome golden Buddha inside — that makes it a 6⁄5. Do not bother with the local competitors — go straight for Yummy City.

Yummy city is yummy yummy. Fairly priced and good service too. Meant for either pick up or delivery. There is a small table where I guess one could eat but I’d rather take it home.

This place is your typical neighborhood Chinese restaurant. They’re clean, and the prices are affordable. The people are also nice. Don’t come here expecting brown fried rice and food in plastic containers though (they’ll do the latter if you ask them to). Since Evergreen up the block closed, I’ll have to start coming here for my quick shrimp with broccoli fix.

Yummy city has quickly become our go-​to takeout place. The friendly service, quick delivery, and on-​point meals have yet to disappoint. We always order the same two items: sesame chicken and beef with broccoli and they are consistently delicious every time. Ordering delivery is cash only and takeout allows for card payments with a minimum purchase of $ 10.
I used to frequent the other Chinese takeout restaurant a few blocks from Yummy city with the loud screaming lady — however, I have not been there since discovering this place because the quality of the food and service at Yummy is far superior!
