Family owned and operated, our mission is to provide high quality, affordable in home care, ensuring a better quality of life for our clients. We accomplish this by employing the best people and the latest technologies and we follow this simple rule, «to care for you or your loved ones as we would our own».

Our trained and qualified caregivers are available 7 days a week to provide personalized home care for seniors, the disabled or chronically ill. Providing the best home care experience for our clients starts with developing an in depth understanding of their personal needs. Our compassionate caregivers give one-​on-​one care in the home or an assisted living facility, hospice facility, hospital, skilled nursing facility or a rehabilitation center.

History

Established in 2013.

Dan and Yvonne Segal are the owners and operators of Optimal Senior Care Solutions.

Both Dan and Yvonne have had personal experiences with the needs and challenges faced by aging parents. Shortly after retiring to Sun City in Palm Desert, Dan’s parents both began experiencing declining health which required immediate family intervention and extensive use of caregivers in-​home and at facilities. The use of caregivers greatly improved the quality of their lives. Yvonne’s mother relocated to an assisted living facility close to their home where she received personal care from caregivers along with routine help from Yvonne. These experiences ultimately led Dan and Yvonne to form their company, Optimal Senior Care Solutions, providing the highest quality personalized senior care for the elderly and those in need who wish to remain independent in their own homes.

Dan is a 25 year veteran of the Healthcare Industry and has worked both in corporate positions and as a small owner of several companies. His expertise includes business development and start-​up. His personal experience with home care required by his parents led to the creation of this agency with the goal to improve the experience for the clients and their families.
