I run a team of proactive real estate agents at Keller Williams Newport Beach. We immediately take action for our buyers and sellers whether that be door knocking, cold calling or sending letters to find off-​market opportunities for our buyers and to find buyers for our sellers.

History

Established in 2004.

Growing up in the village of Turtle Rock in Irvine, both my parents were Realtors and there was never a dinner conversation that didn’t involve Real Estate. I began passing out flyers on my Rollerblades at age 7 for 10 cents a house, and by age 10 I realized I could leverage myself by enlisting friends to deliver the flyers for 5 cents a house and keeping the profit. When the first electronic MLS was introduced I immediately mastered the system and began assisting my parents with market analysis and administrative tasks.

I obtained my license when I was 19 and soon began working with one of the top agents in the world. Working as a small team, we grew the business to a point where we achieved yearly sales in excess of $ 100 million and participated in several of the record Orange County sales, including the highest sale in Orange County history at $ 35 million. Following this 7 year mentorship, I began to build my own brand and achieved sales in excess of $ 6 million in the first year.

With a Bachelor of Science in History from California State University of Long Beach and over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jon understands and addresses the needs of today’s buyers and sellers. Having worked with one of the most distinguished real estate agents in California, Jon gained one-​of-​a-​kind experience. This includes a transaction history comprising several of the finest coastal properties in Orange County and numerous record sales, including the most expensive sale in Orange County history.

Jon enjoys being able to leverage his luxury sales and marketing background with all types of clientele and throughout various price points. Aside from advising on traditional purchases and sales, Jon also appreciates the opportunity to assist clients through personal hardships as a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Having participated in more than $ 275,000,000 in closed transactions, Jon has overcome many unique real estate challenges and obstacles.
