Ordered $ 30.00 worth of food that included four burgers. Three cheese burgers, just pickles, got two regular cheese burgers with onions, katsup and mustard, the third burger had no meat, just mustard… The fourth was a bacon cheese, it was just a plain cheese burger, all were soggy! .The one bacon ranch crispy chicken salad had no dressing.20 piece Nuggets were fine… This kind of mistakes have been going on for a long time with large orders. For a while it was perfect. that lasted a few months, something changed, the service became poor once again… More than few times I had to ask for a drink carrier. They just handed my drinks one at a time… I’ve been doing this for years, my grandchildren look forward to Mcdonald, thats the nearest. Most weeks I spend no less than $ 20.00.Some weeks it’s $ 30 or, 40.00! What a disappointment to find out my orders are wrong when i bring it home. . Oh, yes. Today I called to complain, the manager offered me a Happy Meal. She also told me, «I should have called when that happed». I couldn’t! Had to make dinner instead! Four children were hungry!

They NEVER get your order right at this McDonalds! Double check before leaving the window and get your receipt.

Great service and this McDonald’s is always clean. For best service ask for Brandon! He knows what he’s doing and he’s also a highly motivated employe.

Sausage Biscuit is the best value, very tasty on a cold morning. Love the cheeseburgers, but they are never hot. The dipped cone is the best but they don’t have the chocolate topping in the winter, why not? It’s not seasonal as I just got one on 39⁄51 last week. Regular cone was tiny last week, employee did not know how to prepare cone. I asked him«is this it» and he said yes, he should have offered to replace it but must not have been trained in that area. Will let the manager know. Day Manager seems to be good.

It’s a junk fast food but the service is awesome. We were entertained by this young blond men while he was cleaning the floor. This mcD branch is clean. They’re pretty generous with the sauce, no extra charge like some other mcD.

As usual not my choice as usual and gluten issues are a concern but this was a great experience. I ordered a southwest salad and asked lots of questions. Kid at the register wasn’t much help but the manager literally climbed up a ladder to read the ingredients on the tortilla chips to make sure there was no wheat in them and bright the box for me to read. Cudos to the manager!

Slowest McDonalds ever. I live nearby and wish management would listen. Consistently slow.

How hard is it to work at McDonalds??? Jesus Christ! Wrong orders, cold food, shit service. If you’re a retard and are relegated to working at a mcdonalds, at least learn your craft, douche bag!

This place is the worse… last time I waited at the 2nd window to pick up my food for 10 minutes, then the guy asks me what I ordered… are you serious? I asked, I waited 10 minutes and I forgot what I ordered already. This place is slow, they forget something all the time on the drive thru order. And the managers look like they rather be elsewhere. This McDonalds is as bad as it gets.

Three words to describe this McDonalds DEATHPARKINGLOT. Seriously who designed this place. The drive through traffic burns right by the entrance and you take your life into your hands every time you enter or exit this location. The funny thing is you think you survive the walk to your car and that you have made it only to nearly die while backing out… This is because cars whip around the corner around the drive through traffic so if you have a SUV next to you you can’t see them. Think of it as a game of real life frogger. Honestly one of the scariest parking lots I have ever been in. Contrary to other reviews I find the food here to be good at lunch time. More often then not I get fresh fries and good service. The people working at this location are always friendly and I never have any issues with my order. The waiting area however is small and more often then not it is hard to tell who has ordered and who is waiting for there food. Wish there was another location close by to work because the parking lot here is a accident waiting to happen.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. It’s aboslutely HORRIBLE. The employees are rude, don’t speak very much english(they can’t understand you either) and consistently get orders wrong. The dining area is disgusting and is rarely cleaned. I’ve also had the MANAGER argue with me about ordering a meal and not getting fries. She never gave me a receipt(of course!!). I eventually got the fries but what happened to: being polite and serving the customer? If you want nice happy employees run away from this McDonalds. I’ve contacted the corporation three times and never hear back. McDonalds could care less about its customers and their service. The franchise owners obviously also don’t care. I try to avoid this McDonalds if I can.

This location is THEWORST McDonald’s. The service is awful. And it is consistently awful. I just ordered a #3 with a Diet Coke and when I was given my bag, there were no fries. I let the employee know and he replied that I didn’t order a #3. I explained I did and he told me there was nothing he could do about this. When I placed the order, the woman at the other end said«a #3 with a Diet Coke». And, of course, the burger was old, dry and cold. This location is a disgrace to the McDonald’s name. The last time I was at this location, I ordered 6 Shamrock Shakes. No straws were given to us. Something needs to be done here. Training of staff, changing the attitude of the staff to be more customer-focused and competent, some kind of notification to the owners that the situation had better change or there will be recourse.
