Frontier Pest Control

I have worked with Frontier for several years now. I am on a contract and I can depend on the Frontier team to come in and take care of the creatures that are inevitable with country living. Alan and his team are prompt, reliable and courteous.

This guy can go either way. Sometimes he goes above and beyond the call of duty, and sometimes he goes a little below.
If you can deal with his lacking communication skills, and the fact that he can be outright rude and condescending, I might recommend this business. If you have anything beyond basic maintenance issues or an isolated issue with pests, you might want to call someone else. Like I said, he can go either way. You might be amazed with how much effort he puts into finding the source of your problem, or you might be annoyed by how little effort he puts into it.
Really, my biggest gripe with this guy is that he doesn’t communicate effectively, and he can act like a jerk when he contradicts himself or doesn’t explain something in a way that anyone who isn’t a psychic can understand.
Our experience: We were told that we would be charged quarterly, and that all visits in between would be free of charge. He failed to mention that, in reality, we would be charged five times, due to what he calls «back to back treatments» for the first two months of your service. You will be charged for both. But if he doesn’t do a good job of explaining that (and should probably consider not telling people that they will be charged «quarterly»), he may become frustrated and kind of obnoxious when you ask him to explain it to you.
He has told us to call him after a week if we’re still seeing the same pest problems. When we call him back a week later because we still have the problem (they’ve just relocated), he tells us that we need to wait at least 15 days before we can tell if the problem has been taken care of. So… which is it? One week, or 15 days? Again, his attitude makes you feel like you’re being blamed for his poor communication skills.
We could go either way with this guy. He seems like an okay guy, if you can deal with his communication style and learn how to read minds.

Excellent service, affordable, scheduled the appointment around my schedule and showed up on time. All the above was a big plus to me and I was confident when referring my friends and family. Nothing but positive feed back after they helped the people I know. I would recomend their service to everyone I know.
