The woman that cut my wife’s hair was nice and did a good job. She even told my wife what steps she used for her next cut. She said she wanted to use a razor but didn’t have one. How can you not have a common tool? She did thank her for choosing her to get her hair cut. Just a so so place, my wife left happy and with s lollipop!

After today I won’t be going there anymore! There is a man that works there that not only can’t cut bangs but could give two cares about who is in the waiting area when he starts running his mouth! I don’t hate great clips I just won’t be returning to this location!

2nd time is a charm. My man got a good haircut. We didn’t have to wait to long ad they listened to our concerns from the first cut a couple months ago. It was great the second time around.

My stylist, Jan, has restored my faith in small chain salons like great clips… I went in there with a hair cut disaster!!! I’m talking«layers» that were more like divots you see on a golf course! She made me feel comfortable and as if I was in great hands from the start! She corrected my cut promptly and diligently all while kindly greeting customers who entered the store. I now have an a-line Bob that I get so many compliments on! Plus she sold me a shampoo that has toned down the brassy yellow colors in my hair during my transition back to blonde. Never been more happy with a haircut… Thanks great clips! And thanks Jan!

2 stars cause its cheap and close and they are friendly. They cannot cut a straight line to save their lives and square one side and round the other on your neck. this has happened soooooo many times. also you will have to go back to have them try to fix their hack jobs. and they blame everything on a colock. lol just excuses. check everything! They have forgotten to Trim hair above ears and left one side longer than the right on top of my head. I took a teen girl here to get trim basically cut 2 inches off of dead ends in straight line. Woah not straight… it was on angle and jacked. they need to evaluate staff!

Great place to get your hair cut. The online check-in makes it easy and fast. Ashley is the best hairstylist

For the past 16 years, I’ve been going to Chinatown to get my hair done/cut to give my Asian peeps my business. Even if I’ve lived in different states, I made it a point to only go to one place. I woke up one day wanting to donate my hair which salons in Chinatown don’t deal with. I only paid like $ 10+tip which was really shockingly cheap! I donated my hair to Locks of Love. The guy who cut my hair left some jagged edges but hey, $ 10 vs $ 100…I’m ok with that.

If you got an easy hairstyle and want to save some money this is a decent option since it is one of the more affordable places in the area. I also like the online check-in. Saves me a little time since I’m really impatient.

They only cut hair. Service is fast and they also have an online check in service. I had bought a Groupon ticket for this place and needed a hair cut. Checked in online and waiting time was less than a minute. The lady that cut my hair was nice, not very talkative which didn’t bother me. The hair cut itself wasn’t the best which could be blamed on my crazy curly hair. I ended up fixing it at home myself though. The back was way longer than the sides and it looked super goofy I thought. So I ended up shorten it altogether myself. :-/
