Jamba Juice

Been here before. The wait time is a little excessive but that’s ok. So today I called to place a phone order so I could just come pay and pick it up. Called about 20 min in advance. Get here and they haven’t made it. What was the point. So from now on Tropical Smoothie it is. Thanks but no thanks.

Not a fan! One time I called for a go go order… Wasn’t ready when I got there… When I order add in like 3G or Soy they forget to put it in but still charge me for it. Go about 2 miles up the road at E. Craig for a better Jamba Juice experience

Been coming to this place a few times now. The lady in the front must be new, but I always order Fruity Pebbles. She said we don’t serve that here, asked the guy who works there if they serve it, and he says it’s part of the secret menu. Ok, cool. I get that it’s not in the system labeled under «Fruity Pebbles». Didn’t want to Google the ingredients for that shit, so instead I asked for a Pineapple Dream Machine. thinking instead of the Orange it’ll be replaced as Pineapple. Once again. sorry we don’t serve that here. So obviously I was small kine annoyed, just ended up getting the Orange Dream Machine.
Customer service was lacking. No personality, no greeting, no smile. Although my smoothie was pretty tasty.

I came in yesterday for some smoothies, haven’t had Jamba in a while so i was pretty excited. The guy (I think his name was Chino?) who I’m assuming is the manager gave great customer service, he was very friendly. The girl who was juicing (i dont know her name, shes the one who wears tapers) didn’t have great customer service she wasn’t too friendly at all. And i get it can be busy, i manage a store and it gets so insane, i know, but you always have to smile and be friendly to customers no matter what. I think they need to hire one more person because they seemed a little backed up and were fussing around. I had to wait quite a while for my smoothie. Other than that I have no complaints! I love Jamba Juice, and this is the closest one to me so i’ll be coming back for sure :)

Went today 8−31−15 at about 12:20 PM. It took a while to get my acai bowl but it was made correctly this time.
The boss man was there in plain clothes with his young’n and wifey. At least I think it was the boss man.
Anyways…things seem to have improved here so I thought they deserved an update.

Love smoothies, especially from jamba juice! Staff here was very professional, quick and prompt when helping customers, and they were very nice as well

The girls our nice, the drinks our great. What I don’t like is the counters and the mixing machines our really dirty. If the health department had come in to that place they would be shut down.

When you have time before EDC you go to grab food and drinks. Jamba was down the way from a friends and sounded really good. I hadn’t had Jamba in a while and needed a fix of something from the secret menu. We stopped in and saw there were a couple people waiting but still decided to order. I went first and ordered a sour patch kids medium. My friend went next and ordered two small smoothies. We stood to the side since all the seats were taken. We started talking and after while figured out there was only two people working. I understand it was Sunday but I’ve seen slower stores with double that. We had already ordered so fuck it we were gonna wait. Closer and closer it came to our order. I finally go mine and they had made it wrong. Usually it have a purple color because it have some berries and whatever in there but it was maybe a light pink. It still tasted good so I decided to just deal with it. It just didn’t have the sour I was looking for. But no need to make there job harder. More people had come in after us and didn’t want to make there wait worse. My friend got both her drink and they upgrade her for the wait. Umm Hello. I waited just as long as her… Eh, whatever. I know now not to go into this one when it busy.

Apparently the employees don’t know how to say hello, or even make eye contact?.. yeah. Pretty basic customer service skill. And the smoothie tasted horrible once I got in the car and drank it. I’ve never had a bad experience at a jamba juice in my life. so great job to this location.

When I worked in the area, I used to visit this location daily. Great service and friendly staff. My favorite is the blueberry acia all fruit smoothie. I prefer this chain to the other major chains in town. Real smoothies with real fruit, not sugar and syrup. If you want a real smoothie, with real fruit visit here.

Nice employees. sweet girls that are fast and efficient.
Le boyfi and I ordered white gummi and skittles. Both smoothies tasted like they added an extra flavor? Haha it was still delicious though! (=
Jamba over tropical smoothie any day!

Ordered a fruit and vegetables smoothie featuring kale as the vegetable. I was really expecting more than just kale, like spinach, spirulina, or even arugala! The texture was perfect as far as not being too runny or too thick.
The service was fast, one gentleman said hello but not so much for the other guy.
$ 6 for non organic fruit and vegetables? Though it was large and refreshing. They should come out with an organic menu with these prices! 8

I’ve had a few bad experiences at this Jamba location. I went today at 6:55am and walked right in when the employee rudely told me to wait outside because they’re not even open yet. Why are the tables outside and doors unlocked then? Whatever. So I waited 5 minutes outside in August, luckily it was early in the morning and not too hot yet. When they allowed me to enter after 7am, I tried to order the oatmeal but was told they haven’t made it yet because they just opened. Okay? So I guess they don’t come in before opening time to prepare anything like normal businesses do. Not even an apology either. I came by a few weeks ago at 9:15am and was told they were out of oatmeal and weren’t going to make any more that day. Overall this location’s service is not impressive but I’m giving 2 stars because the smoothies always taste consistently good and the same as other Jamba locations

I prefer Jamba Juice to any other smoothie places I’ve been to, and I love the people at this location! I used to go here literally 4 – 5 times every week for lunch when I worked on that side of town. The employees were always super friendly. As for the smoothies, they’re delicious; I’ve ordered every single one on the menu, and while I have my favorites, there weren’t any that were «bad.» I loved how smooth they were, and they tasted wholesome and not overly sweet. I miss going here but would highly recommend it to others. There’s also a military discount which is a nice perk. :)

I guess today was a BAD day for them. We usually come here often but today the workers (2 girls and a guy) didn’t seem friendly at all. All 5 of our cups weren’t even filled at all. There was no music playing as usual and even though the place was empty it was still a mess! They even ran out of Orange sorbet so we couldn’t get the Orange Dream Machine, no blueberries for another drink we wanted (the guy — cashier) said they were out of most things on the menu — been going to various Jamba Juices and never heard of any of them running out of stuff before. I’m hoping today was just an off day for the workers and that the next time we go back they’d be back to usual…

I have never been to Jamba Juice before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Prior to our trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas I began researching places where my girlfriend and I could get a ‘Smoothie’ and came across this Jamba Juice.
My girlfriend and I had just arrived into Las Vegas the day prior and were staying at the Golden Nugget. We were going to have dinner at Vic & Anthony’s that evening and did not want to load up on buffet food before a meal like that so we decided to go with a lighter & healthier option.
We pulled out of the Golden Nugget and found this place quite easily, truth be told we were using our vehicles Navigation system=)
We arrived and this place was absolutely spotless. The employees seemed jazzed up and totally happy to be at work. I told the cashier ‘Nitra’ hope I got that spelling right that this was my 1^st visit to Jamba Juice. She engaged my girlfriend and me in a conversation and explained everything on their menu in great detail. I decided to go with the Acai Super-​antioxidant: Acai juice blend (contains tree nuts), soymilk (contains soy), strawberries, raspberry sherbet (contains milk), blueberries, ice, antioxidant power boost (contains soy) with a free boost of Vitamin C & Zinc. I believe my girlfriend ordered the same. We both added bananas to our smoothie.
The drinks were fantastic and exactly what the Doctor ordered especially before sitting down for a very expensive Steak dinner later that evening.
There were plenty of parking spaces available. Where this Jamba Juice is located in a large industrial complex and I do not believe parking would ever be an issue.
Next time I am in Vegas I will without question come back here. The drive from the Golden Nugget to this Jamba Juice was maybe 5 – 7 minutes and much better for you than sausage & bacon served at your local Hotel & Casino buffet.

Love this place, every time I come to this location it’s empty! The employees are great, love grabbing a quick breakfast or lunch on the go!

I LOVE THIS JAMBA!
I have been here many times as it is very close to my boyfriend’s apartment. Jamba Juice is yummy and healthy and it makes your feel full without that yucky feeling you get from eating sometimes. Usually I find myself literally craving a Jamba Juice smoothie and there is just no other option.
Jamba’s are typically clean, have a wonderful smell, and the employees are chipper. This joint is no different. I have had many different smoothies here. Recently I had the orange based one (I forget the name), but it was good. Maybe a little too orangey for me. Doubt I’ll get that one again. BUT the pomegranate one is aaaawesome!
I also love their steel-​cut oatmeal. You think you don’t like oatmeal? Then go eat Jamba’s oatmeal. You will think differently. You can get it topped with a few different options. Jamba is perfect for a morning kick-​start: smoothie, wheat-​grass shot, AND oatmeal. Can’t beat that.

I like Jamba juice whenever I can get Jamba juice. But, never got a chance to review them till now. Planning to go Jamba juice, cause the wife was sick and wanted me to buy her «The Coldbuster». Of course I usually go for the energizer drinks. I had to chuckle with what my wife wanted, cause it wasn’t a usual drink, made by Jamba juice.
Located on Craig and before Clayton, its a small place that’s in between Coldstone and Jack in the Box. Even though it is small, it seems well laid out. Enough room to move, places to sit, even have some table and seats outside. Its very clean, and the color scheme seems warming.
It was early morning, when I went, so it wasn’t busy. There was probably one other person in the place, just waiting for his order. The person behind the counter, seems like, she’s the only one working. But she was really nice and was really cheerful employee. I like it when people, take the time to do small talk, it shows that they enjoy working at their job and not there just to get a paycheck.
I ordered The Coldbuster, and the Strawberry Energizer. Of course, it was delicious as usual. My wife really enjoyed her Coldbuster, cause it does help soothe her throat.
Now, I realize that this isn’t just a place to be at for the summer, just to cool down, but also a good place to go to when you have a sore throat or just need an energy boost. If your looking for a place to find a healthy drink and a smoothy, all in one. I highly recommend Jamba Juice on Craig.
