Store does not honor coupons. An item sold out but when the manager was asked if a substitute could be made he refused. Made no attempt to help or try keep me as a customer. The cashier was also clueless about what to do. I have found the merchandise is of questionable quality. You get what you pay for.

Love this place! I’m glad they finally opened up a location closer to me. Parma Heights is a bit too far! The store is in a great location, less than a mile from I-​480. The layout is good and everything is easy to find. It’s a pretty good sized store, maybe a tad bigger than the Parma Heights store.
The employees are friendly and checkout is quick for the most part.
They do need to check on the quality of some of their products though. For instance, I bought the Mechanic’s Roller Seat,
and the threads on one of the screws was messed up so I couldn’t put on one of the casters. I went to exchange it for another and I put it together and sat on it to work on my car, and 1 of the casters broke off and onto the ground I went! It supposedly has a 250lb weight capacity and I weigh 183lbs… Piece of junk! Or maybe I just bought a lemon because there are some good reviews on the website. Who knows. I returned it and got my money back.
Their floor jacks and jack stands are fantastic though! Never buy anything without a coupon! They usually have 20% coupons and sometimes 25% off. Unfortunately the coupons aren’t valid on floor jacks. Booo…
