Wave Hill Breads also sells their products to fine restaurants and markets throughout Connecticut, New Jersey, and Westchester County, NY. They participate in 20 farmers’ market each week during the summer.

My husband and I started Wave Hill Breads in Wilton in 2005 after having apprenticed to Gerard Rubaud, a French baker, in Vermont. In June 2011 we moved the bakery to Norwalk and opened our Café. We make crusty and chewy French bread, multigrain, honey whole wheat, olive & roasted red pepper ciabatta, and bialys. We now offer delicious soups, fresh salads using local ingredients, and very popular sandwiches including the The Ultimate Egg Sandwich. We also make authentic pastries including croissants, pain au chocolat, French Energy and Citrus Yogurt muffins, gibassiers, triple-nut brownies and macaroons.
Our Café space is used to display work by local artists.
There is seating outside, under umbrellas.
