We used Suburban Fence this summer to install a wooden fence around our property. From the estimate to the install they were very professional. They were installing at the height of the summer growing season, so we asked them to be careful around the plants in the garden, and every plant survived the process. Workers were careful to keep us informed and kept the yard clean. Very happy with the end result.

I used Suburban Fence several years ago and they were terrible! They installed cedar planks that had some sort of fungus or something and they started to deteriorate right away. I called to have them replace the planks that were damaged and they didn’t return my (many) calls until the warranty period was over, and then they said «sorry, the warranty period is over.» Now one of my posts is tipping over, as well. I will have to call another fence contractor to fix it. I can’t believe these people are still in business. Terrible work and terrible customer service.

We are simply writing this review for the work they performed on the neighbor’s house next door to us.
She installed a huge fence between our homes, which at the beginning started out without issues.
However, upon finishing their work, they left our property full of mud, they actually used one of our picnic chairs to climb on.
The chair was left full of mud, they did not even take a moment to clean their mud tracks off our backyard concrete.
We are appalled at the way they treated our property while placing the fence for the next door neighbor.
No regard for the properties next to the work they are performing.
We called on various occasions and not once have we received a call back.
Definitely going to call the Better Business Bureau.

After dealing with different bad contractors over the past month, we did not have high expectations and actually were prepping ourselves for there to be problems.
Aside from a little miscommunication with scheduling, we are very pleased with the the crew that came to our house & the finish product. They were very professional and we they definitely take pride in their work. Our fence & gates make our yard look like a whole different place and it is a quality product.
My wife and I will recommend Suburban Fence to our friends & family and are planning on having them back for an additional gate soon.

I bought my wood fences from these people in 2000 – 2001 and the concrete posts are already loose after only 6 years. They should have lasted much longer. Will not use them again!
