Check Center

I have been going here for a few years now. No matter who is behind the counter, the customer service is always great. There is one person (I think may be the manager) who is there most times I go, and she is great. Always seems to remember my daughter and I when we come in.
There are no more flies. But, the sweet, fruity smell is also gone too. As long as it doesn’t smell bad, it’s alright with me! lol
I haven’t used their payday loan services, but check cashing and money order fees are better than anywhere else in the area. And, customer service, again, is great.

I needed an advance to pay a few bills and the woman who helped me was so nice and helpful. I think her name was Branisha. I know it ended with –nisha. Sorry if you are reading this! I should’ve gotten her business card. But anyways, she was so wonderful! I’m so glad I was helped by her! She made the terms very clear and didn’t leave out any important details.
Aside from her excellent customer service, the payday loan I received had very straight to the point terms with no hidden fees or interest. They charge a fee for taking out a payday loan, and the price was amazing! Anywhere else would have ripped you off. I’ve checked out a few places and this one by far beats any of the other loan establishments.
Even if you don’t pay it back on time, they tack on an extra 15 to what you already owe and that’s it. They don’t tack on another 15 for each day you’re late.

Never in my life have I recieved great service from a check center untill now. Alisa and Branisha were quite possibly the most polite and cordial young ladies, I’ve ever met. Im not accustomed to receiving payday loans but when I need one; im absolutely coming here.

I actually have been going to this place for awhile. I love the customer service. Everyone has been very respectful and courteous. Sometimes they get demanding customers and they handle it with grace. Keep up the good job!

The people they hire — which changes every few months or so — are generally nice and friendly. My issue is their policy of only giving you 2 days max before they will skip to the next check on a payday loan. The period is supposed to be 14 days, so you are paying 14 days interest on a payday loan that might last as little as 3 days — and that money is coming right back out in 3 days. I don’t even think that’s legal — but that’s what they do. Other then that they are ok, if you can get past the crack-​heads hanging around the parking lot, out front and in the general area…
