Furnace failed on a Saturday morning (of course!). Making a strange noise, smelled funny.
Called in, and had a serviceman come out that same day. Efficient, polite, knowledgeable guy, found that a small part (capacitor) had failed, and replaced with a part from his truck. It is still early afternoon, and the furnace is up and running. And I would call them anytime. Terrific firm, great service

Finally I had a good positive experience with a business. From A to Z everything was perfect. Great customer service, great dispatching skills, the crew arrived with in the promised time window, all the services were preformed at my full satisfaction and no surprises or hidden fees.
Seems like you can only trust Unilocal those days.

I was having issues with the airflow and overall efficiency of the heating system. I called Mac and he was very courteous and prompt organizing a service visit. Upon inspection, it was found that the air duct system was poorly installed and had leaks and had to be repaired or replaced. I was educated about pros and cons of both repair vs. replace. The optimal option was to replace it that included duct test pass and city permit. Eduardo and Carlos did excellent job of replacing the new air duct system and they were very clean and professional. After the installation the next day the duct test was organized and it passed and the next day after that city inspection was also passed. Overall the heating and AC system now works much better with better air flow, air quality and my family loves the fresh air breath! They also installed UV filter for purified air quality and also they give 10 yrs warranty on it. Overall I had great experience with these guys! Thank you for the exemplary customer orientation and service!

I was having my family coming from India for the holiday seasons to stay with me. They are elderly and I didnt want them to become ill while they stay with me. I called Element because i was looking to clean the air ducts. They were able to service me within reasonable time. The Gentlmen who came were very knowledgable, courteous, and clean. Our furnace stopped working just as the temperature outside really dropped. I called Element and they got a technician over same day. Within a matter of a few hours our heat was back on. The technician was super courteous. Five stars all the way.

I found Element Heating & Air online on Unilocal.My Parents live in the bay area and we needed to get their heater fixed or replaced as it was very old and was not working well. Element Heating and air came out to our home and inspected the system, and found it was not worth fixing it and need to be replaced. So they gave us an estimate and asked us to call them back when we decided to get it done. So we did some research and found that we got the best price. So we got it done next week. The Guys were very professional got the job done in 1 day. They took care of all the permits and city inspection .

I was selling my house in Antioch and my A/​c system was not working. I had an offer already and unfortunately without the AC system they were not going to purchase the house.
I was chasing my tail looking for a good company that was going to take care of me same day and I saw element heating & air on Unilocal and decided to give them a call…
The technician came to my house and he was very smart!!! I had two other companies come out and take a look and they said I will need another AC unit ($$$$)…Not jerry from Element, he was honest and didn’t sell me something that I didn’t need. He replaced the capacitor and the circuit board, booooom! everything works, SOLD THE HOUSE! I’m a happy camper!

My AC wouldn’t start couple of weeks back. I looked on Unilocal for highly rated companies and also asked my friends in pleasanton for referrals. One of my friends recommended Element, so I called them right away. I was able to get an appointment the next day for an evaluation, and within 2 days they were able to fix the issue at a reasonable cost. They were able to diagnose the problem correctly and the entire experience was fast and great! I will definitely call them back for any future needs. This company deserves every five star rating it gets.

So we were looking just to replace the insulation hoping it would help with cooling my home, and my friend was helping me out with that and noticed that the ducts were damaged, some of them were collapsed. We had excessive dust and dirt and couldn’t figure out why. So we called looking for speedy services wanting to free our home of the dirt/​dust. Element came out the same day, provided complete list of cost including proper permits to get the job done. They were able to get me completely installed in a day’s work! Their commitment to excellence and their professional manners were very impressive to me. I like things to move along quickly and these were the guys for the job! We lived in this condo for 13 years and each year the heat is just more and more unbearable. I told my Wife that we need air conditioning. She told me to get some estimates and she will decide if we can afford it. I called a few companies and they were very prompt to come and give an estimate. Element presented to us all the details which sold my wife to go with them. They installed us a nice energy saving and quite, we needed it quite because we live in condos. Since my wife liked there price and the fact that they would take care of all the details an appointments necessary to complete the job we went with them. They were up and up and very clean. Very happy with this guys! At one of my properties the AC unit didn’t work and the air flow was really bad even before. Element came out were extremely nice and professional, showed me how my duct system looks like (No wonder the air flow was poor). I had new tenants supposed to move in two days after, Element got the job done at the same day! The replace my entire duct system and fixed the AC. Great job highly recommended!

We called around too many different places trying to get a quote then finally came across Element! They were fantastic. I briefly gave em a description of some problems, and they scheduled an appt the very next day to come down to do inspection. He gave me some options, like good, better, best and so we finally went with it and had everything new and installed a few days after!

We spent several months talking to various HVAC companies getting bids, and we felt overwhelmed by the process. Our experiences ranged all the way from getting detailed bids that we did not understand at all to receiving bids that were just a number like the cost of an HVAC system. We didn’t know how to make an informed decision until we met the folks at Element Heating and Cooling. I spoke with them and they came out and walked me through the process and procedure. They also gave me three days to think about it and get back to them with no obligation. I really enjoyed that, because so many other companies are so eager.

Not only that they were very professional and knowledgeable about the process for installation and the product. So I hired them to get the work done.
