History

Established in 2010.

Two Broads and a Brush is the creative collaboration of Corinne DeLiso and Yolanda Ayala.

Corinne studied art at Wellesley College, The Art Students League, NY, and The Academy of Art, SF. She had worked for 15 years as a decorative painter for numerous interior designers in NJ and NY.

Yolanda has a wide design background spanning fashion, accessories, film industries, and office design and facilities management.

Business Owner

Corinne started life with a pencil in her hand as far back as she can remember. From bulletin boards to high school stage sets, art has always been a passion. Her studies in biology and anatomy inform her painted birds and flowers. Her training in one of the earliest faux painting studios, Paintiques, (HoHoKus, NJ) taught her proper techniques of furniture painting and gilding from masters, plus the art of trompe l’oeil. After 4 years at Paintiques, Corinne went on to have her own successful business for 11 years, until a move across the country. Corinne has designed custom colors and finishes for walls, and paints a wide variety of decorations from modest accents to grand statements.
