I have been in Real Estate mortgage lending since 2003, a Real Estate agent since 2006 and a Realtor since 2008, I opened my first Real Estate Mortgage loan branch in 2004 and have successfully used my vast knowledge in real estate mortgage lending to ensure smooth real estate transactions

I am versed in FHA, VA and Conventional Real Estate Mortgage loan guidelines which enable my clients to avoid last minute surprises that can compromise their real estate mortgage loan.

To ensure my team has good pull through I process their FHA, VA and Conventional Real Estate mortgage Loans, I also have been very successful in getting denied loans turned into to approved loans

As a Realtor and real estate agent I aid homeowners in short sales using the FHA ml-2009−52 guideline and help the obtain a new FHA Real Estate loan with no waiting period.
