I’ve been in business for over 31 years, specializing in all types of residential additions, remodels, and new construction. I was licensed in 1980 and started my business in 1982. Throughout the years, I have acquired a wealth of experience and skills, and I have earned a reputation as a leading general contracting company.

Business Owner

I’m a licensed General Contractor (B-​399 251), and a licensed Electrical Contractor (C10−399 251) in the State of California. I work hard to complete each project on time, and within the customer’s budget. All of my experienced sub-​contractors are licensed, and I have worked with each of them for many years. I use only the best materials available. I hold ongoing discussions with all of my sub-​contractors to ensure the procedures and techniques we use are up-​to-​date.

I personally manage all stages of each project, from the pre-​design phase through construction and delivery. I form alliances with property owners, architects, structural engineers, and sub-​contractors and suppliers in specialized trades.
