All Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air evolved from humble beginnings in 1991 (Discount Drain), when one man’s dream and determination to create a service and repair business focused on customer service, quality, and efficiency was created. A loyal client base developed quickly, leading to multiple mergers, and eventually a final conversion into the dominately recognized brand we know today as All Pro Plumbing Heating & Air. Over 20 years later, All Pro stands as one of the most highly sought out companies for all plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs. It is known for its highly trained service technicians, knowledgable and curteous office staff, and experienced management team. Richard started in the plumbing industry as one truck in 1991. He went through the typical ups and downs of business ownership, and the many 24 hour a day work shifts that a start up business has to face. After years of careful decisions and tons of calculated risks, he was able to evolve the company into the widely recognized brand we all know today as All Pro Plumbing Heating & Air. Still family owned, but with the size and benefits of corporate, he has developed All Pro into the premier Southern California one stop shop for all your plumbing, heating & air conditioning needs. With over 30 trucks to service the residents in over 4 counties, he has created a mobile office that is always in your area!

Josh and Jon from All Pro went above and beyond to help us. They are extremely skilled, professional and friendly. All Pro has repeatedly shown me why I call them for repeat business. They go out of their way to fix the problem even if it means working on their day off. I have used them 3 times and was above satisfied on each visit. I highly suggest calling them for repair services.

Very pleased… have dealt with the company many times before and we believe they are honest and upfront. They have been to my house on Christmas morning to repair a mainline rupture while the whole family was visiting. We go to them every time. They gave us an estimate for some work to resolve some leaking from old plumbing. They came out and did the work in a very friendly and supportive way. Resolved a couple of other minor issues as well. Thumbs Up.

All Pro Plumbing came out to do my water heater flush. The plumber was excellent at answering my questions and explaining everything he was doing. It ended up not being quite the «free» water heater flush and inspection that was expecting. I ended up needing to spend $ 250 on new parts. It had to be done but I still wasn’t particularly thrilled about it.

My pool overflowed from the rain and the floor drains were backed up. I called on a Saturday morning and they dispatched Dan C to clear the drain line from the back of the house to the front. Dan was a pro and cleared out sludge and roots and made sure other drains were clear prior to leaving. It’s about customer service for repeat business and I’m coming back for future needs Thanks All Pro and Dan!

Other plumbers tried to sell me a hugely expensive service. They claimed my main line needed scoping and a new access to the lines put in. Jesus M. said that was false and, more importantly, showed me why that was false. He explained the issue with my plumbing, cleared the kitchen line (not the main line), and charged me $ 250. Others quoted me $ 2500. Oh, and did I mention he explained how to maintain my kitchen line in my very old house? My experience with him was golden.
One piece of advice: Please do not, under any circumstances, use Chris G. as your technician. He was the one who tried to sell me the expensive scoping even though he knew I didn’t need it. The experience with this company varies by technician. Ask for Jesus Mendoza. He’s the true professional!

My 125 foot underground storm drain line was plugged and needed fixing fast because of the heavy rains. All Pro sent Daniel C. to my doorstep to solve my problem. I must say, All Pro is one lucky company to have Daniel, he was extremely courteous and a real professional on the job. Next time I need a plumber, I’ll call All Pro and insist they sent Daniel.

I had a sink problem and called «the smell good plumbers». They came out and told me there was no way to clear my drain without a complete rebuild of my pipes which was going to be quite expensive.
So I called All Pro, who I had been referred to, and they sent out Pedro Moya who took one look at the situation and solved the problem within 15 minutes. He really knew his stuff and was very professional. From now on it’s All Pro!

Called All Pro after another company would not return our call for a heating issue we had. So we called All Pro and that same day, Chris arrived to take a look at our heater. He informed us of what the problem was and recommended what would be the best solution. We decided to replace our heating unit and opted for Chris to install it the following weekend. Andrea called us the day before and the morning of just to make sure we would be home and provided and ETA. Chris got there and began removing the old unit while we ran to replace the new unit we had bought. Totally our fault for getting the wrong type and we want to thank Chris for waiting for us. Got back with the correct unit, he installed it and answered all our questions and concerns! We were totally satisfied with the work done and appreciate Chris’ professionalism. We will definitely call All Pro in the future should we need to! Thank you Chris!

Jon and Mike from All Pro were outstanding. Our hot water heater finally died – I’m guessing after about 19 years of service. It was full of sludge and very heavy. Jon arrived at the house and went right to work inspecting the tank and gave me a fair and honest estimate. I fired off a lot of questions, and Jon answered every one immediately with a humble, service based mindset. He was extremely knowledgable about his trade, the science behind product development, safety/​installation codes, and he gave me all my options. Because it was so old and full of sludge, the tank took a long time to drain, and much of the water wouldn’t drain. Mike arrived to help with the removal, and the whole job was done within about four or five hours.
We had been without hot water a few days since we both were too busy to stay home and wait for repair. All Pro’s ad says 24⁄7 service within an hour. We called last minute on Saturday, Oct 17, 2015, at around 4:00 p.m. One other company we had scheduled didn’t show and another scheduled us for Monday. All Pro had Jon at our house by 4:30.
Jon and Mike were both very knowledgable and service minded. They both had a very sincere, friendly attitude even after performing a very hard job over a very long workday. I would hire these guys for any job… And, I highly recommend All Pro Plumbing, Heating and Air.

All Pro was most responsive to our service call and worked to coordinate a best time for service. The technicians where very professional, timely and knowledgeable. They worked hard to resolve our water leak and also replaced a faulty water pressure valve .

We’ve been calling All Pro Plumbing for all of our needs, and their technicians have always been efficient and professional. In the past, they have worked on leaky faucets and faulty shower spouts.
This week, we had a minor issue with our toilets. I replaced the flush valves on both toilets, but saw that the second one was leaking. On Monday, we scheduled an afternoon appointment for later in the week. On Wednesday, unfortunately we were unable to be home at the scheduled time, so we called to reschedule. The woman on the dispatch was very understanding and rescheduled us for Thursday.
On Thursday, the minor issue was gone, so I called All Pro to inform them that there was no longer a leak. However, the technician was already on his way, so she told me to let him look at it anyway, that the estimate was free of charge.
When Josh got here, he looked at the toilet and saw that it just needed a little tightening. He gave me some advice about low-​flush toilets and checked the house water pressure before he left, all free of charge.
I recommend All Pro for their timeliness and their professionalism.

Called to have the sink line snaked. Guy came on time but failed to put together the sink back properly. Water was leaking everywhere. Called to file a complaint and was told they would call back and they did not.
They are prompt to resolve issues in communication, but would suggest technicians taking careful time to ensure all pieces fit together.
