Wow!!! Great customer service & wonderful timely communication. I would HIGHLY recommend RBM for anyone! They really helped me thru a situation quickly & I’m really appreciative. Brian was amazing & super friendly!

This place is great because I had a difficult key I needed copied which 4 other places could not help me with. I brought it to RBM and even though he did not have the proper key to duplicate mine, Randy took the time to hand craft a copy from a different key. They are very reasonably priced.
I had another issue with a lock that I needed a key to be made from scratch. I was quoted from another company for 85 dollars. RBM made one for me for 12 bucks. I will continue to use RBM for all my lock and key issues. You should too.

These guys are a joke! Refused to come out to key a car for us. Said it wasnt possible without even looking at it. Randy told us to go find someone else. How lazy can you be dude? So that’s exactly what we did! B & B Lock And Security were more than happy to come out to help us and did it with no problem at all. Our company will be using them permanently going forward. Sadly this company lost a lot of business from us. Do yourself a favor and use B&B …you can thank me later!

Fast service! Its good to know that I dont have to drive far and to have my keys duplicated at a home improvement store.

Horrible place. The guy on the phone said he could do my lock for my RV and I drive all the way over and then he says it will take a couple days. This place is a joke. I would never return.

GREAT service, called for an appointment to have home rekeyed. Justin called to say he had an emergency call /​then gave an updated time frame which was only a few minutes behind the original time. Courteous & Professional, reasonable (a bonus)

I highly recommend RBM to anyone out there. I came here to get my keyport blades cut since they were recommended on the keyport website. There was a slight misunderstanding as to what keys I wanted cut, but they replaced the blades free of charge, even though I didn’t buy them from RBM. That’s excellent customer service and I’ll definitely be coming back to them for anything key related. All keys work perfectly.

Just bought my FIRST home and I had these guys come out and change some locks for me… GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND their services… don’t be fooled by some of the «others» out there!

I can’t say enough about how impressed I am. This business has proven, above all else, it is all about customer service. Of course, everyone knows that it’s almost back-​2-​school time. I have a combo lock that my daughter will be using for her PE locker… and as usual I can’t remember the combination. This Wed, I went to a different locksmith and he quoted me $ 14.95 just to look up the combo on MasterLocks website. To «help» save me the money, he suggested I contact MasterLock directly by phone to see if they’d help me out. Great help… NOT! Today, I walked into RBM Lock & Key and the gentleman behind the counter kindly walked over to the computer, looked up the combo, wrote it down on his business card, double checked to make sure it worked, and then said, «No charge.» OMG… I was blown away. From now on, this company gets all my lock and key business. You guys rock! The guys at ABC Locksmiths, Inc. (Archibald & Foothill) in RC could learn a lot from RBM.

These guys are awesome. Recently I got a motor swap in my car, and the mechanics told me my ignition was fried and I needed a new one. The mechanic gave me a new ignition and told me he didn’t have the key for it but I can have one made out for it. After a quick search on Unilocal,I found out RBM Lock & Key Service was only up the street from me. The service I received was beyond excellent. These guys quickly diagnosed my problem and told me that my old ignition was fine, it was my key that was bad. They made me 2 new keys, reinstalled my ignition and called it a day, saving me a ton of money! Honest, professional, and extremely well priced!

I was in a serious pinch for a key that I lost for a Penske rental truck. Brian came out w/​in an hour late on a Saturday night. He was professional and friendly, but most importantly, he had my key. Thank you Brian!

I’ve been using this place for over four years. Service used to be excellent and friendly but has really gone down hill in the last six or so months. The older guys are still pretty nice if they are there but the new young kids are arrogant and rude. Most recently went in to get keys copied… but they were copied wrong. Went in to get them copied again and guess what… wrong again. I will not go back for quite a while. ABC Locks on Foothill for a while. I may return when they can the arrogant kids!

I sarted coming here from a personal recommendation. I have had them do one entire car and about ten building locks. For Fast quality work this is the place.

I’m not one who typically gets all worked up over a locksmith, but I have a to say, I was completely satisfied by the service that this company provides. Here is why:
They were able to make copy of a key that 3 other companies were unable to duplicate.
I had to get the locks to my place re-​keyed, and the guy they sent out was quick, competent, and personable.
Overall, I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. Keep up the great work!

Just as we were ready to pack the grandfather clock for a long-​distance move, we remembered we didn’t have the key to open the glass and remove the pendulum. We called RBM and the owner was sympathetic… he came the very next morning. He had to modify a skeleton key to open it, and he still had it done in under 30 minutes. Best yet, he gave us the key so that we could get the clock set up in the next house without having to wait for the manufacturer to send us a replacement. Oh, and he charged only $ 50.

I was referred to RBM by another locksmith who didn’t do automotive locksmithing. Called Avery and he quoted me $ 90 to remove the ignition tumbler on a vehicle I’m selling for my business. Billy, showed up in about 30 minutes (as I was told) and had that thing out in about 20. Super professional, even put in the new tumbler for me for free, even though the quote was only for original removal. A+ business from another business.
