Awesome place! I was looking all over the place for an alarm key — fob for my old car and the most places told me that I have to install a new alarm. I almost lost my hope, and then Gerald helped me and found the right key-​fob for me at a great price ! Definitely will be coming back !!

We had a slight emergency with the key breaking off in the lock. They came within an hour and replaced our lock. Which was our choice Even though they could have fixed it. Thank you for the quick service and fair price.

Jack’s is the truth! I brought 3 OEM BMW keys that needed to be cut and they had no problem doing it. Took the keys to 3 other places in the area and they refused to cut it because they were «steel» and they didn’t have the equipment to do it. Jack’s cut with no problems and charged me pennies on the dollar.
The gentlemen who helped me was «Jerry» and he was the man, he even sharpened my Benchmade folding knife.
I’ll definitely come back for all my key/​sharpening needs and will refer all my friends as well.

Great customer service! Walked in today to get a second key made for my apartment and I was out of there in 2 min! Fast service! I love it! He was very friendly and reassured that I would have no problem with my key and if I did to bring it right back or call him and he would make me another or personally help me out! Oh how could I forget! Prices are CHEAP!!! Definitely will be coming here again!

These guys are amazing! I thought I had to replace the locks on my truck, turns out my key was bad. The gentlemen working took his time and identified the issue and didn’t up sell me. Only cost $ 25 to make up 2 keys!

Chose this place because it was close to my business, and I needed to have some keys made (by numbers and manufacturer) for ancient file cabinets with missing keys. The guys were very patient and able to research and get me the right keys for 3 of 4. Arnoldo came out for the 4th which was locked and I thought was a goner– but amazingly he opened and perfectly re-​keyed on the spot! These guys are personable, professional and reasonable– I recommend them to anyone needing lock service!

He transferred the chip from my old rickety 08 Camry ignition key into a gorgeous new setting and grinded out a new key in 20 mins (my key was a difficult case; coulda done it in 10). And for much less than dealer cost. Consummate professional.

I had a problem with my auto ignition switch and Jack’s was able to repair it quickly for an excellent price. He also was considerate enough to let me know that the previous repair shop did not replace the ignition switch as they claimed; they only repaired it. I appreciate when someone not only provides great service, but goes the extra mile to look out for their customers. I’ll definitely use Jack’s again.
