Not impressed at all. I went in he was helping another customer he said be with you after her. She leaves and another lady walks in right after and proceeds to help her without even acknowledging me. Wow that’s all I can say

This key shop is awesome!!! The customer service is great! The owner was outstanding! I was locked out of my house and had just got out of work I work swing shift so getting home at 1am and the only person I could get to come out was Mr Keys and he got my kids in and was quick!!! I highly recommend Mr Keys!

Just needed a couple of keys copied and they had to work, did not want to take a chance at the big orange box. Found this shop online, was not sure where they were located so I called, actually very easy to find, right next door to Hobby Lobby.

I’ve been using these guys for years. I do property management… commercial and residential buildings. They take care of all of my buildings for me. They’ve also replaced the key housings and batteries on my car keys. Always friendly, fast and inexpensive. I know some people have had problems with certain car keys, but keep in mind that a regular car key and one of the keyless pushbutton ones are totally different animals. A regular key might only be $ 10-​$ 20, but the keyless entry keys are really expensive. The dealer charges up to $ 300-​$ 400 for replacing a lost or damaged keyless door «clicker» type. These guys have been able to salvage two of them for me for around $ 60 each. Just depends on if you can still reuse the guts or if the key is totally thrashed. If thrashed, they have to get their keys from the same place the dealers do, and they will cost you some dough. But that’s Not Mr Keys fault. They’ll always try to help you if they can.

These guys are great! I lost the keys to my car so I called for a quote the guy who helped me Gabriel quoted me a price if they came to me but then told me if I bring the truck lock it would save me over 100 dollars! I love an honest person. I’ll be coming here again! Honest people are hard to find !!

I brought this guy a GM key from the dealership brand new in the bag. I asked him to cut it he said if it doesn’t work I don’t guarantee it because it’s not my key brand. apparently his aftermarket keys are better than the original GM keys with the big Chevy logo in GM plastic wrap. This hack did a poor job at cutting at it and charged 10 dollars while giving me attitude. I wish I would have gone elsewhere where my business is appreciated. I should have gone to the kiosk on foothill and Benson next to the 76 gas station.

This place sucks!
Went in to get keyless car entry case replaced, I called 10 minutes before to get qoute to replace just the cracked case & was told $ 15. Went in, told them I JUST called regarding case for 15 bucks, guy says «Oh yes, I remember» and asks if anything else wrong besides case being cracked. I said NO, everything works fine just need new case. He proceeds to change case. I give him $ 15 cash he says, «Oh, its $ 20».I said, «I was just told $ 15» He then says «Oh, well I changed the battery for you»…WTF!!! I specifically said that NOTHING else was wrong with it. Whatever, because I only had 15 bucks cash on me I pull out my card to pay. Then he says, «Oh, it’ll be $ 25 plus tax if you use your card so $ 27 total». I said, «How is tax $ 7 more & how did replacing the just the case go from $ 15 to $ 27? Instead of explaining the odd increease, the guy just looks at me with a blank stare… I politely placed $ 15 on the counter & proceeded to walk out with my the new case he just put on along with my future business smh

Great place for all your security needs. remote repaired new ones sold all types of high security keys made at very reasonable prices… Can’t wait to go back for great service.

The lock on my car trunk was completely jammed and pushed in and I had no other way to get into my trunk but with a key entry (no inside car trunk latch and my back seats didn’t go down). I had been to other locksmiths before that told me there was nothing they could do and I would need to go to the dealership. The owner offered to take my backseat out, crawl through the trunk and fix my lock for $ 65. He did it in under 45 minutes even though he was the only one there at the shop and the phones were ringing and he was busy. I was so grateful and happy to have my car trunk back! Great service, I will go nowhere else now for my locksmith needs!

The manager Carlos screwed me out of $ 60. I bought a lock cover for a doorknob that cost $ 60 frigen bucks! My wife hated the idea because it was a fire hazard, so when I took it back, the manager said «all sales are final, it says on your recipit:» Then he said I can have store credit and threw the lock cover on a pile of five others he had in the corner. I HAD to spend $ 60 frigen bucks as a damn lock store! It didn’t cost that guy nothing to give me my money back. I was still going to buy about $ 30 of stuff there. Instead I left with a bunch of crap I didn’t need and will never go there again. This used to be the only lockshop I would go to Slim’s Key Shop in Ontario.

I bought an exterior lock that goes on the outside of a door knob and took it back later that day with the recipt. It cost $ 60. They owner refused to refund my money and gave me only store credit. What am I going to do with a $ 60 credit at a lock store? I bought a bunch of junk I didn’t need. I used to go there all the time. Now I’ll find somewhere else, Hope it was worth it Carlos.
