Worst costumer service, checked in to get a cookie, lady made a big deal, at the end no cookie. This place needed new employees or new owner that cares, take your business to another location.

Walked in. Was treated rudely. After waiting 15 minutes for the staff to stop chit chatting with the ONE person in front of me I left. Won’t return. Side note though, to the people complaining about being charged for toasting let me clear something up for you. Toasting is FREE, but once it stops being a «cold sandwich» it is required to have sales tax added. So while toasting a sandwich WILL increase the price, it’s not subway’s call. Mail your congressman.

I’ve gone to this specific Subway all of my life and have never had any issues or complaints. The food and service are always good. I would recommend it.

First of all let me start off by saying if zero stars were an option I would have picked it!!! Literally the worst service ever. they wanted to charge me 40 cents to toast a kids meal sandwich. meat was disgustingly fatty. super rude humans working there. I literally walked out of the place without buying the sandwiches they had made. Maybe they will learn to not nickel and dime the customer once people start walking out and leaving them with product that is unusable!

Got a lot of toppings on my samich. But the wait and service was lack luster. Took me a solid 20 minutes to leave. One customer in front of me. No friendly greeting. Toppings mayo n mustard on the knife they cut the bread with. No cleanliness at all. Next time I’ll eat a lunch able.

This place should be investigated. They are so cheap they try to rip of the consumer by putting less ingredients on their sandwiches. I try to avoid eating here as often as I can. It’s the closest one to me and its horrible. Subway should investigate this location because they are really bad for the brand. I love subway — I hate this one though.

My boyfriend called to see if they had broccoli soup and first of all when the kid answered the phone he just said«hello» then he said to hold and hung up on him, then when we tried calling back they wouldn’t answer. They obviously have worthless kids working here and by the looks of the reviews, I can see management doesnt care. I work in the food industry as well and I say shame on them for how they treat their customers.

I love less the a mile away from this subway and I would rather drive to a further one. This is the worst subway by far. Trust me drive more go to a better one. I got a steak and cheese and I just started telling them the veggies I wanted and didn’t notice that it wasn’t cooked. Yes they put it in the toaster but it didn’t cook. I found out when I got home, oh and by the way that was the second time they did that!!! Trust me go somewhere else!

This Subway is by far the worst one I have ever been to. The service is horrible, and the veggies taste like they’ve been sitting for days. I honestly will never come back to this subway unless it changes ownership because not just the owner but the employees there are extremely rude and have no customer service skills whats so ever.

What can I possibly add to all of these reviews? All you need to know is that the people working there/owners have been doing a poor job for the last few years and don’t care enough to change… make me feel like I’m bothering them when I come in. They suck.

My fellow Unilocalers, I apologize. I should have had more faith in you. We left El Modena HS after my son’s water polo game(Claremont 9 /El Modena 3) GOWOLFPACK! This Subway popped up on google maps and we were hungry. All the Unilocalers gave it 1 star, I should have listened. Dirty, chincy and poor customer service. I will listen from now on.

DISGUSTING!!! The employees are lazy and do not care for the customers! The short man making my sandwich seriously B. S everything. He burned my bread and the other customers there too. I had him restart on my sandwich! It wasn’t busy and they rushed my sandwich and began wrapping it while I wasn’t done preparing it. When they wrapped it, it was messy so my sandwich fell out when I took it out. The cookies that they serve at this subway are also disgusting. They were burnt and it tasted like they haven’t been changed in days. Nothing is fresh about this subway. If the owner wants profit and customers, he should probably get a new staff who wants to work and give great service and to clean the place up and prepare things fresher. There veggies are also old and you can tell they don’t change them. I’m not sure if the owner is trying to save money by giving customers old/burnt cookies, old veggies, and burnt bread. But either he changes everything about this subway or have a new owner take over. This must be the worst Subway in Southern California. I’ve been to ones in down town LA with better service and quality of food.

All the previous reviews speak the truth of this subway. Convenience and buying sandwiches for a pre-wedding snack was the major factor to go here due to time constraints. But I will never set foot inside this subway again. The supervisor was impolite and hard to understand. They were very stingy on all the toppings and lacked the proper amount of meat in the sandwich. I bought a party platter, so I couldn’t check until at the subway. From now on I’ll go to the NY sub place on Chapman or the new Jersey Mike’s subs on Chapman. Best advice: Do NOT eat at this Subway!

Walking in I was greeted by two men who clearly did not want to be working. They close at 10 p.m. And me and my boyfriend arrived at 9:20. We looked around and noticed all of the chairs were up when we went to eat. One of the men looked at us and said«We’re closing.» besides the fact I was irritated they were trying to kick us out, they tried to put the minimal amount of produce on my sandwich. Apparently olives are a rare commodity. When i requested more he put one more on. Thanks for the 4 olives guys!

I hate this place. I order a veggie sub and the workers always basically refuse to put veggies on my sub. Not literally but if all I am eating are vegetables I expect there to be at least a decent amount. When I ask for extra anything they reluctantly put a tiny amout of whatever you ask for. The only reason I ever go to this subway is because of how close it is to Starbucks. I always regret it. This is the worst subway that I ever go to. I wish someone would buy it and put it under new ownership.

This subway is kinda sketchy. And the guy who made my sandwich was not very pleasant. Plus I agree with the other reviewers, they are more stingy on the toppings than other Subways. Also they didn’t have any honey grain bread which was mildly annoying.

This subway is very convenient for me to go to, so I have been here a few times. BUT no more! The people that work here and the owner are incredibly rude!!! And the quality of their veggies are not as good as other subways! Plus you have to pretty much beg them to give you extra veggies! Seriously avoid this subway at all costs! I would drive to another city before going to this subway again! They don’t appreciate your business so don’t give it to them…

With a billion Subways around along with billion more non-Subway sandwich places, you would think the owner of a Subway would be more customer service oriented. NOT…at this location. The owner member at the cashier spot… he never smiles?! But I keep patron these guys thinking, «ok, maybe he still appreciates my business». Well, today was the last straw. If I vote with my dollars, today was a major«NO» vote. I went in with a coupon. It was very clear a regular sandwich qualified. This guy(one of the family owners) would not honor the coupon insisting the«flatbread» was not included in the offer. WTF??? That’s not what their signage or the coupon states. When I questioned them trying to jepp me on 50 cents, they started reading the coupon looking for a way out. I promptly told them I’m not interested in the sandwich anymore and walked out. And I’ll never go back to this location. There’s a billion more nearby.
