KFC

I don’t eat KFC very often, but somehow last weekend I wanted some fried chicken. My wife picked up a 8 piece bucket and two biscuits. I didn’t visit the store, but I thought the chicken was pretty good. Hit the spot on Saturday. The biscuits weren’t very good later in the day. For fast food, it was good.

Good customer service? I don’t think so ! I ordered a large mashed potatoes & a 3 piece chicken tender meal. They got my order wrong. They corrected it. I get home to find 3 small, thin, dry tenders. I Put them in a baggie to take back the next day.
I go back & ask for a refund. I’m told they’re always that size. I say, «maybe here, but not at other locations». She gets her Mgr, I’m told they don’t give refunds unless it’s the same day, I’m offered another meal, I tell her «I don’t want another meal, why would I want more of the same»? so she calls her general Mgr on the phone who says, no refund. Really people? $ 6 for an inferior product? I left with nothing resolved & went to another KFC. Got a 3 piece chicken tender meal. Low and behold there is a huge difference in the sizes. Gher Rd location looks like they were cut smaller to save $. Obviously their customer’s satisfaction doesn’t matter. I’ll never return there.

Omg so nasty so I go here cause I want some chicken damn it lol and Popeyes is nasty so I come here and I order a bucket of wings and this fat cow behind the counter she was sweating literally was dripping off of her forehead and she coughed into her arm and is sniffing well I ordered from the cashier which is not the cow that I’m talking about and so I’m waiting I ordered it to go and this fat cow is behind the counter and she is cooking and putting things in to go bags for people’s order well here comes my orders she was coughing sniffing sweating she had a cold and she called my number and set it on the counter are you fucking kidding me? That is gross an I swear some of her bacon grease forehead sweat went into the bag. I said um excuse me is your manager here so I got the manager and I said I am not eating this that fat greasy cow over their clearly has a cold and sweating like a fucking pig and coughing all over the place and not even wearing gloves and I seen her nasty pig grease drip into the bag is this how you run a restaurant letting your fat cow pig workers come to work when they are sick? I want my money back so they gave me my money back and they took the food. So disgusting seriously this lady was pushing 300 lbs you guys might as well hire pigs work to work here because that’s what she was I’m surprise she didn’t snort and say oink oink an then call out the order number i bet you I could go eat out of a pigs troff and it would be cleaner than this kfc I’m never eating at kfc again in fact I bet I could go dine with cows on a farm and they would have more manners and common sense than this big ass cow and they are probably more sanitary. So I ended up going to hooters at least their I can see some nice sweater stretchers or Picasso cubes some twins :) some hardy boys some nice headlights whatever you prefer to call them either way hooters is the way to go.

Lucky to get one star. Every time I come here they mess something up guarantee they will mess your order up; may it be new management they need to do something they’re slow and always making mistakes. Disappointed in this location I love kfc but this location just drives me away.

Kfc has really gone downhill in several ways. I used to enjoy the evening buffet, but unless you’re there at 5:00 PM when food is put out fresh, the rest of the evening the steam table has nothing but dried out crusty food. Mashed potatoes and gravy are not supposed to be dried out and crusty. The cobblers, dried out and rubbery. Corn and beans, hard as a rock. The fried chicken has a large globs of fat and tendons under a thick coat of breading. That too, is very hard to eat. About the only thing that is enjoyable anymore are the little packets of honey for the biscuits. And speaking of biscuits…
I will also add that this is probably the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever seen in my life. Be afraid, be very afraid.

This is my updated review. My first review was based on their awful drive thru. My wife had a rare craving for KFC so I jumped on the chance to get my KFC fix inside this time. It was worse than the drive thru. Two employees were standing 2 feet from the entry door smoking, it was hot inside and filthy inside, there were two workers behind the counter and one changing garbage and no one acknowledged our presence. We stood there for 5 minutes before walking out. This is the worst experience we’ve had in a while. If I was poisoned and the cure to said poison was in that KFC I’d choose death.

I don’t know where to start with this place. It’s dirty, run down, service is slow, and it’s always a long wait for product they should have ready. How does a place that specializes in serving chicken run out of chicken? I love the KFC brand, but I really dislike this place. Unfortunately, it’s one of two locations in town. Anyhow, back to the matter at hand. Ordered an 8-​piece meal to go. After a long wait finally got my order. The gal at the counter apologizes and says they were out of legs so we threw in an extra breast and biscuits. Sweet! Compensation for my long wait. Got home to find no extra biscuits, I did get an extra breast, but I noticed I only had seven pieces of chicken, so apparently it’s okay to short me because you threw in an old dry extra breast, no napkins, and no utensils. Definitely my last time getting food from this place. Hello Popeyes!

Not the cleanest place. Last night hubby went in to get dinner. His order got lost. Not sure how that happens. Got home and biscuits were hard. Was unable to eat them. Waste of money. KFC just isn’t what they use to be

Went to KFC in Vancouver, WA today to get the Go Cup posted on the outside menu board for $ 2.49 each + tax, ordered 2 and was told total was $ 5.40. Got to the window and I was now told my total was $ 7.57 because the price went up on each up by $ 1 plus tax. I told the gal at the window that the price on the board was $ 2.49 after verifying that was correct the best she could do was give me a 10% discount and couldn’t honor the posted price. She had no way to make her computer minus out $ 2 and the difference in tax. Needless to say, no purchase made on the principle the price was incorrect and they need to honor the posted price or figure something out to make it fair to the customer. Customer service was horrible.
