I will never visit this location ever again. Do yourself a favor and drive up two blocks in Metcalf St. After twice having cold and soggy food given to me and two separate occasions, I complained to McD’s survey. Manager who contacted me is unapologetic at best and felt like he’s reading off a script. No, i do not want a free meal of it is cold again. I am not willing to eat another soggy fry if I could go down to Freddy’s or Culver’s.

McDonalds. Burgers. The company prides themselves on sameness — on consistency. Well, they do it quite well. They create AOK items for folks. Kids love it. I thought this was«aok» when I came here. Exactly as I expected. No space aliens, no feral cats, no Spanish Inquisition(i wouldn’t have expected that!) Just decent burgers.

I found the dine-in breakfast service to be professional, somewhat friendly, and fast. I also noticed the drive thru lanes were moving quickly. This place was operating like a well-oiled machine. The dining room was recently remodeled, nice, spacious, and clean. Not bad!

Worst Mcdonald ‘s ever! Poor service, long wait. If I could give it negative stars I would!

I was so pleasantly surprised! This McDonald’s has gotten a bad wrap, but it’s renovations have served them well! Very clean, very quick service, and the food was prepared well! My only quam was customer service… I could’ve used some more smiles, but no one was rude to me. Very nice!

I get that this is McDonald’s so there’s not a real high expectation on what you are getting. But, this ny far is the WORST one I’ve ever been to. If for some crazy reason you have to come here… triple check your order. I think they make a point to leave things out of your bag. When you go back to get the remaining items, they sit & look at you while laughing & carrying on. Ridiculous level of «service»

I guess. It’s an odd building, and even a more odd drive through. Right now the parking lot in front of the building is torn up as some kind of chain restaurant is being built. And the odd building looks abandoned except for the McD’s. So, it’s an odd juxtaposition for this otherwise corporate park-laden, suburban enclave. That, and the wi-fi is terrible! Not sure what drives it at this location — the speed test looked okay, but screen downloads took forever. There is a Panera Bread with wi-fi across Metcalf(… though, I found that one to have poor wi-fi, as well). Maybe it’s a Kansas thing. ;-) Not an especially clean location, but then, that’s true of most McDonald’s. Lots of seating, though. As for the general location, it’s pretty good. Right off I-435 and Metcalf. The timing on the signals along Metcalf all around 435 are TERRIBLE though. Took me about 5 minutes to get from Hampton north of 435 to a place on College and Metcalf(maybe 1 mile).

Got SEVEN Chicken McNuggets instead of SIX. This is what you call sticking it to the mega corporation! So what if these six(seven) little pieces of food science creation downloaded 25% of my daily fat and sodium into my body. Free=Good. A really clean store with a Redbox movie rental kiosk inside the south door. Drive thru open 24 hours.
