AMAZING DONUTs! This franchise is a must stop for some amazing donuts! We have gone every day since we have been here. We went on Monday afternoon and the donuts baked from the AM where still soft and fresh. The raspberry jelly filled and apple cinnamon roll are my favorites and a must to try! Although I must say I tried almost every flavor and everything was delicious.

Has a good old fashion vibe to it. Super friendly people. Donuts are really good when fresh, I just wish they made 2 batches a day. Reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’m not a fan of the coffee at all, kind of a big deal at a donut shop. If you are craving donuts definitely a joint to hit up, just recommend going before 2 bc they’re not that fresh after that!

This is our favorite donut place in our area. The employees are friendly, there is a great selection on the menu, and the donuts are delicious! The old-​fashioned donuts have a great dough that is moist, tasty, and the icing is awesome as well! I also love the yeast donuts they have, chocolate one in particular. Coffee boxes worked well when feeding a crowd for breakfast. I was surprised they had the option. Overall, quality donuts and local shop. I’ll be visiting here often! :-)

Quite simply, this place has Soul. And I dont mean a Soul bumper sticker like the dozens of transplants driving around the neighborhood. When you enter this establishment in the morning you can expect to find a case full of freshly prepared potato flour excellence, crafted with pride by the enthusiastic staff. A refreshing scene all around contrasted with your stereotypical ancient looking dude behind the counter of almost every other donut shop, who just spent 30 minutes out in the back alley chain smoking and waiting for a customer to serve yesterday’s donuts to.
Personally, Im all over those chocolate twist bars and plain old fashioned’s for dipping.

These are the nicest people, best customer service. Best tasting donuts and very inexpensive. Recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed

This place is like a hidden gem to most of Ventura county. It has been around for years and has a great family style atmosphere. I tend to go once a week on my days off and see the same people sitting out side and enjoying the good food and great coffee. All the regulars and the staff are very friendly.
The prices are great, the food is made in house and fresh and they are open 24 hours a day. What more can you ask for from a donut shop?

I love spud nuts and its located close to our home but we were very disappointed when we showed up the sign said OPEN, while the doors were locked.

Everyone who works there is super friendly! I love this place. Moved here 5 years ago, and come here every weekend. Now, I bring my wife and two year old daughter. We can never get enough!

My husband and I absolutely love there #4 which is there breakfast bagel and there #2! It’s so good and there eggs are real cooked eggs, not like microwave eggs! & we love there chocolate bar and raspberry filling donuts! Best thing about it is there across the street from out house so it’s very convenient! :) there super friendly!

We were driving through here on the way to Cal Poly and needed breakfast… no, donuts… in a bad way.
This is an awesome little shop and both the donuts and the service were excellent. When we asked what they recommended (the choices were dizzying) they said, «well these are still hot and they are really good (twists)» They were right, they were both hot and good.
This place rocks. I would be 400 pounds if they were nearer my home.

Good selection of coffee and condiments. The coffee is always hot. Their donuts are good and always taste fresh. Their breakfast croissants are my favorite. Especially the one with the hot link sausage inside :)

Every time I am in the area, I always stop by here and buy their donuts! They are very delicious and fluffy. The employees are always nice and kind! :-) And they are huge! It is near the Navy Base. If you ever in the area come by. The store is 24 hours open.

Great donuts and coffee and even better customer service. Such a wonderful family that is welcoming and who will talk to you while you sit and enjoy the paper or a book.

My husand and I have become regulars and we come here almost once every.single.week. in the morning — usually before we go to work. The family that works at this location is SUPER nice. Chris is working almost all of the time, and he is just an all around awesome/​friendly guy to just chit chat with. The donuts and coffee are always fresh and we’ve never been disapointted! The Cappuccinos are good and are much larger than what you would get at coffee bean or starbucks (especially for the price). We’ve tried the crossiant sandwhiches here (also very good) and pretty much all of the donuts — they are always coming up with new exciting flavors like maple bacon and red velvet — not to mention cronuts (croissant donuts) and the extra large donuts that feed like 10 people. Great people and service and great donuts and coffee– what more can you ask for?

Every single time I come here around 10 PM it’s closed despite the TWO signs that say open. Isn’t this place supposed to be 24 hours? Get it together Tyrone!

I used to live super-​close to this Spudnuts location, and unfortunately I made the discovery of this place early in my year-​long stint at Hollywood beach.
As a tech for the ventura county ocean water quality monitoring program, spudnuts was my staple on my route from Rincon to the California line in Malibu on my weekly bacterial sampling routes. I would try and avoid spudnuts (where I would inevitably purchase a fabulous maple bar and small carton of nonfat), but would be pulled in like a black hole each time. Yup, even sampling the poo-​infested waters of Kiddie Beach did nothing to deter my tastebuds.
Finally, I listened to my expanding waistline and changed my purchases accordingly. Hey, if you can’t beat it… substitution always works. My days then began with a fresh-​baked bran muffin and large cup of fresh squeezed orange juice… my mouth is literally watering as I reminisce on these spudnuts treats. YES, health food that can make your mouth water! Now THAT’s what I’m talking about. :)
