O’Reilly Auto Parts

I don’t usually leave reviews for chains but I’ve been here 5 times and every time the people who work here are above and beyond helpful. Thanks for the great customer service.

We were recently on vacation in Pacifica and unfortunately, my car battery died. We got a jump and headed to O’reillys (who were luckily open on a Saturday afternoon) to get a new battery. I asked the clerk if the store had tools we could borrow to install the new battery and he showed me a huge tool box and said go ahead and help ourselves. He was really nice! I’m so thankful for this store and its workers.

While they might have an acceptable part selection the people who work here can be the same as McDonalds or Radio Shack. Filling the space an employee might occupy but know nothing about what is in the store at the time.
Come with knowledge before you buy that way you do not have to rely on questionable O’Reilly employee knowledge.

Terrible auto part store had one of worst situation with the regional manager Joseph he didn’t do anything for me or even apologize for what he said terrible mistake of going to the auto store better off going to NAPA better service

I don’t mean to cast out the other fine employees here but Paul is an absolute treasure. Not only is this store in good hands with him but Pacifica is lucky to have his automotive experience and wisdom. Many visits here will prove his greatness. Not only was he an incredible help to me today but while I was waiting, he put his caller on hold to measure several different batteries in hopes to get another customer on the road. A+ service!

there is some people that will help you but then there is a guy that will do way more than expected this guy should be at the corporate headquarters he sher knows his **** what great help from him and not just once time and time agen thank you p.

Worst parts store ever! You are better off spending your time and money somewhere else…

I feel like they should have distilled water… but they don’t. The service is pretty good though — but parking is awful some times!

Small shop, but great service! We were helped by Jorge, who was a total pro. I’m a sucker for people who can do their jobs well, and he was just the greatest. So helpful!

Small location, limited selection, tiny parking lot, (I had to back out to the street) helpfully staff. No RV parts

Love that this auto shop is close to me, and the people who work here are always friendly and knowledgable.
I stopped in one cold, rainy night for new windshield wipers. The clerks were supremely helpful, found my car’s windshield wipers… and bless their heart went and switched them out on my car. I had NO idea how bad my blades were until these new wipers. It is a totally new driving experience.

Not familiar with many irish jigs but going to O’Reilly’s will have you doing one. I have a little over 2 year old car and because I work @home I don’t put a strain on my car. Sooo if my car starts having problems this worries me… A LOT!!!
Woke up on Saturday to make a Whole Foods run to my surprise, my car won’t start. Got a jump from my gf and my car started. The battery isn’t covered under warranty and WTF I barely drive this thing –how is my battery dying?!
None the less called O’Reilly and they had 1 battery left for my cars model. Immediately went there but they wanted to test it first. The battery was at 75% and really didn’t warrant me buying a new one. Instead they charged my battery and helped install it back into my car. All for the whopping price of 0.00 and my car is now fine.
I guess not driving your car when it’s cold outside doesn’t help your battery much. While waiting for my battery to be charged got to take a look at the store, very clean and very well stocked. With that being said I not only know where to get parts for my car but also great customer service.

As good as it gets! Everything is well stocked and is kept very clean. The customer is great, theres always enough staff available to help you.

Massive improvement I think!
Since the shop has transmogrified into an O’Reilly, I’ve been floored in so many ways!
The shelves have gotten much taller, which means more room for more parts and cool stuff for you too look at and a better chance of getting what you are looking for or a fantastic substitute. Seems to me the inventory has greatly increased and it has great organization.
The staff also has really stepped up their game on service and being knowledgeable as well. Customers get a much better feeling that the staff is there to help you, not just do the minimum for a paycheck. The gentleman helping me let me sort through all of the oil draining containers until I found one that wasn’t damaged.
I just stopped by for oil change supplies and I got exactly what I needed with no «uhm…erm» sort of confusion for a filter when I’ve gotten similar for very standard sorts of items for replacement.
Keep up the good work everybody.

well stocked for how small it is. nothing special stockwise.
but the service people here are great.

3 stars for being an auto parts store. 5 stars for service. The staff here are friendly and generally knowledgeable. I often buy chemicals, grease and the occasional filter. Cheap tools that will get you by in a pinch. Car parts, well you get what you pay for. Need spark plugs… you’re ok, but this is not the place to buy enthusiast grade or high performance parts. Ask for Crystal, she only works the weekends.

Just got off the phone and «David» was able to tell me they had brake rotors for my car in stock and «Made in the USA». Gotta love service like that. I’m headed down there now to pick them up.
