Probably one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had especially for the $ 40 I spent. First off she cut my toe with the clippers and doesn’t say anything to me. I look down and there’s blood. At that point she said«Uh Oh» and nothing more. From there she didn’t even file my nails. She clipped my big toes unevenly and pretended to run the file over the rest of my toes. She then Globbed polish everywhere and painted half of two of my toe nails. I had to have her repaint them and she still did a poor job. The nail in the coffin was her putting top coat on only 4 of my nails! That being said I will not be back and she did not get a tip. So disappointing that this place has gone so far down hill. The owner should be disappointed.

Really nice technicians, but mine did not put a base coat on my toenails so I anticipate my pedicure lasting less time. She also missed a corner of my big toenail with the polish. It is nice and quiet, but probably not a good place for your nail longevity.

This place is clean and friendly. Took me forever to find someone to do my eyebrows and my nails. For my nails I only go to Tammy! She’s clean, neat, not sloppy, doesn’t rush, and genuine. Other staff I’ve had there is a hit or miss. Tammy, and the only two male staff are great!

Not as friendly as they used to be, service was ok, I don’t get pedi’s often so I definitely like to know it will be done right… this time however, the nail polish was sticky an hour after my pedicure.

I have had acrylic nails most of my adult life and they almost always last at least two weeks. I came in here a few days ago for a pedicure and a fill. I was informed there was a 20 min wait which was really over an hour. They did my nails during my pedicure(hate that it’s so uncomfortable and ruins any relaxation). After just a few days I’ve lost 3 nails and most of the rest are lifting. Their décor is pretty but they use cheap products. I will not be returning.

THRILLED!!! Came in after Deluxe nails had no time to finish my nails because they forgot and did 8 people while I sat with acetone and foils. They not only fixed the pedicure I had just gotten but Crystal did an AMAZING job on my gel manicure! She took her time and made sure my nails were shaped perfectly and the gel came out beautifully!!! I will always go here!!!

Ouch!!! The manicurist who helped me today cut both of my thumbs with her file. Along with the deep cuts my nails ate extremely sore. This was my first and last time going to this salon as I feel I over payed and got hurt. The manicurist was so rough with all of the drills on my nails. Never again!

I’ve got my eyebrows waxed here a few times and each time they have came out perfect. They are really friendly and for $ 9 you can’t beat it. I have also have gotten pedicures here and they turned out great also. I definitely will continue coming here! :)

Poor work(messy and uneven acrylics) and they charge extra without telling you before hand that it will be a higher price. The nail polish is old and goes on ugly. The work doesn’t last long and they don’t do what you want them to do. They try to push you into doing more expensive things and won’t let it go. We made an appointment and they were 15 minutes late. Rude. Won’t go again.

Although the quality is OK, the prices are ridiculous. I had gotten acrylic from them before and paid $ 35(which is already too much if you ask me). I just got the acrylic removed to save money and wanted gel instead. Guess how much it was? $ 35. Okay… I should’ve just gotten acrylic again. It’s a mistake on my part for not being more insistent on asking for the price beforehand, but still, it seems silly to pay the same amount for something that should be «cheaper». Anyway… buyer beware. I won’t be returning to this location.

Very sad President’s day for me. I went in this nail salon because I read that they received an award for Best in Palmdale. I went in for my usual gel French manicure. I just assumed every place knows how to do this since its so typical. Well I thought wrong. Once I walked in, all the employees were with a customer and no one even looked up to greet me. I just assumed because they had a sign in sheet. I signed in. Waited 30 minutes since everyone came in for acrylic sets. Once I sat down, the seat was caved in with no cushion.(Ouch) The lady was nice. She didn’t speak English well but that is typical for a nail salon. She asked how I wanted my nails filed. I said square round at the ends. She didn’t do then right so I asked for the nail file to round the edges. She spoke in her native language.(We all know what that means) Please see my pictures. I am not happy with Happy Nails.

I always have a good experience here and have always gotten what I’ve asked for. Everything is very clean and their tools are sanitized. Only negative thing I agree with is the older lady with the glasses one… Otherwise I would recommend to a friend

I took my 6 –year-old daughter with me to this Happy Nails location. She was SO excited to get a manicure and pedicure. She chose her nail polish — 5 colors, 1 for each nail. They sat us next to each other and my lady(a very young girl) began working on taking off my old polish, while my daughter sat beside me and got comfortable. An older, gruff lady came over and started roughly yanking her feet around. My daughter was visibly upset, but held her tongue. She rubbed some lotion on her feet and legs and then asked what color. My daughter pointed to them, and the lady asked again what color. I told her that she had chosen 5 colors, 1 for each toe and finger. The lady ROLLEDHEREYES and let out an exasperated sigh. WHAT?! I’m PAYING you to make my daughter happy, and if she wants 5 colors, she’ll get 5 colors! My daughter told her what order she wanted the colors, and the old lady argued with her, telling her«no that won’t look good — have it this way instead». My daughter said no and asked for it her way. The lady obliged, but the whole time acted inconvenienced. She did a terrible job, there’s polish all over her skin, and missing polish on the sides of every finger and toe. Like she just did a stripe down the middle. Ridiculous. As soon as she was done, she tried literally pulling my daughter out of the chair, even though there was literally NO other customers there, and I was still getting my toes done. I had to tell her to stop it and leave her alone. WTF. My girl(the young one) did a sloppy job. And she cut a big chunk off one of my big toes, so it looks uneven. I’ll post a photo of it. There’s missing polish on both sides of my nails, too. AND you can even see a pink spot which was my OLD polish! There’s polish on my skin, too. OH, and when they were done and I was paying, they hovered and stared at me, waiting for tips!!! I will NEVER go back here again! I do NOT recommend it to anyone!!!

Jenny does my eye brows now. She is super fast, sweet, and does them perfectly. She charges $ 9 for eyebrow and $ 6 for upper lip. You do not need to make an appt, just tell them you are there for Jenny. She is great!

Been going here for 6 years for nails &5 years for waxing. I’m a regular & I absolutely love this place. However, it is EXTREMELY overpriced(hence one star is off). I always ask for Jenny when I get waxed, she’s perfect with eyebrows & is completely honest about when you don’t need waxing done. She’s a hard worker. I usually like to get Que(or just Q) for nails & an occasional facial. She’s so caring & sweet! Absolutely nice. Wide selection of colors, designs, etc. for nails. I travel 40 miles just for waxing(especially for my eyebrows). Jenny is that perfect.
