Finally writing a review about this place. My boyfriend and I are regulars and we always walk away disappointed in the horrible service. We are going to start going to a different cold stone. The worker Kelci is extremely rude and never gives good customer service.

I love this ice cream place! It’s right next to my house. The 2 guys that work here are very friendly and nice. There was a long line and they got through everybody super fast. The other employees that sometimes work here and rude. They make the ice cream in slow motion which is super annoying. And they just throw your bag. Get a better job!

The ice cream is fine, it always is. However, we went outside to sit and eat, and the tables were absolutely filthy, as was the sidewalk in front. We glanced at the little coffee house next door, and their sidewalk was clean, and their tables were also clean. Can’t the employees here take 5 minutes out of their day to clean in front of the store?

It’s very sad to say that I literally DREAD going into a ice cream shop. Not for the fact that I’m about to eat too many calories. But for the fact that I will be treated with so much disrespect by every male «employee» in the Cold Stone off of Ave N. I’ve been dismissed and not greeted when I walk in multiple times, asked «what do you want», not one person making eye contact or even shooting a slight smile. Also, having worked at a similar place i know that kicking your guests out 10 minutes before you close is against the rules. I definitely recommend hiring new people because after my visit tonight, I will NOT be back. You think an employee who calls himself «BEAR» would be atleast the slightest bit friendly.

I’m giving this place 3 stars. Horrible service because the employees are rude! I walk into this place with 4 employees working and I asked for ice cream. I told them the flavored I wanted and they said sure. They didn’t even ask if I wanted toppings and anything else. Their new employees that work here are about 20 years old and don’t really care about their job. I go here many times to get ice cream because this place is right next to my house. They need new workers here! I miss how they would sing when you put a tip in their jar, but theses new employees care less about it.

Terrible customer service. They make you feel like an inconvenience. The girl that helped me out was unbelievably rude. Practically tossed my bag at me when I was paying. I didn’t choose this job for you girl. Maybe you need a new one.

This place has really gone downhill. There were three «workers» behind the counter, all sagging their pants wearing street clothes. They were very unprofessional and the ice cream was very bad. It tasted like the ingredients were old. Waste of money. Would have been better off going to Albertsons.

I literally just found two hairs IN my ice cream. The first one I tried to let go and claim it as my own… Two times is a strike out. Short, dark, black hair is not my thing.

Horrible customer service!!! We walked in around 9:30 and 3 employees turned and looked at us and did not great us, they all stared and then turned around and continued their conversations. We waited for at least 2 minutes before we made them aware we were still waiting to be served. The female serving us was very unfriendly and rude. They made us feel like we were unwanted and an inconvenience to them.

Some of my favorite cold stone flavors are birthday cake remix, peppermint and anything with cake batter as a base. Its definitely my favorite flavor. Chocolate with coffee icecream and roasted almonds and brownies is a delicious blend. Chocolate ice cream with cherry pie filling and chocolate syrup is also a great flavor. This location is usually fast and is the closest ice cream store on the west side. The parking out front is pretty cramped, and at times it can be difficult to find a spot. Make sure to use your punch card and the prices are on the expensive side. Take advantage of their special deal nights such as school ID discount, free waffle cones, and double punches on your card. I wouldn’t recommend any of their pre packed ice creams, the flavor isn’t as good as when its fresh and the combinations are mostly a bunch of different candy bars mixed with some vanilla ice cream.

You can’t go wrong with Coldstones! This particular location is great. Even when it’s crowded, they seem to move you through pretty quickly. They are always nice and friendly. I’ve never had a problem.

Although I’m not a big fan of ice cream since I’m lactose, everyone always enjoy ice cream once in a while. They do have good selections of flavors, great service, and best of all toppings that get hand mixed and placed in a waffle cone.

My husband loves this place! He gets the love it portion (can’t finish in one sitting) the servers are always so nice and will sing for a buck tip, our son loves it! For the past 5 years I’ve ordered my husbands birthday cake here, not been disappointed yet. Yummy!!!
