Mi Ranchito

Called mi ranchero to make a phone order. The girl Angelica put me on hold for 9 minutes… Long enough for me to drive to their location and place my order in person. When I got there, I was still on hold and then she lied to my face and told me the call dropped. I showed her my phone where I was STILL ON HOLD and then she just looks and blows her breath and says well do U still want to order… Hell no not from u with that bad attitude… Then they say there is no manager… She only comes in from time to time… WTH… Totally disappointed… Will definitely be looking for a New Mexican restaurant… Any suggestions???

I was shocked at how dirty the floor was. a stream of soda on the floor dried, no air conditioning, no pictures on the wall just blah green. Looked unclean and service pretty low end. Very much in need of closing.

I had the burrito supreme… Best burrito ever… Nice little building, fast service, great quality… Would recommend to anyone and for sure will return.

A great little place that is really building its name up here in the AV. CARNE ASADA TACOS ARE GREAT. Watermelon water, free chips and beans, and homemade salsas, what more can you ask for? Now they do get busy so be prepared to wait but it’s so worth it.

Food is delicious so far haven’t got anything that wasn’t good. It’s busy but there service is fast.

Seriously, I don’t work here no more & I come to get some food and I stand at the register No line at all… cashier can’t even turn around & take my order. Until I had to say something not even a «hi, how you doing «like damn such a bad service here! I didn’t realize how bad customer service is when I worked here! But now I do, so rude! & yet I come sit down & realized I’m sitting on a piece of gum! OMG seriously my jeans are ruined! The owner better buy me a pair of jeans lmao but seriously y’all need to get it together. I know y’all need me but damn clean a bit haha

My beautiful Mi Ranchito has failed me horribly. Went in this afternoon to a crusty, gum-​covered floor that ruined my shoes and bad service. Maybe it was the time I went in cuz I’m usually getting food from them around dinner time but it sucked immensely. These MFs badgered me at the cash register (lady asked me 3 times if what I wanted was the wet burrito to be half red and half green which I said yes to repeatedly) only to end up getting it wrong anyway and then did nothing about it except half-​assedly throw green sauce on one side. SO disappointed in this shift of workers for ruining what was my fave authentic Mexican place in all of California.

My go to carne asada burrito spot when I come home from the east coast to visit Moms. Pure Carne burrito, bomb. Free chips, beans, jalapeños and salsa.

My wife’s favorite burrito place. Wet Steak burrito, Green sauce, no rice, extra beans. The salsa bar is adequate,

3 stars for the food and how quick I usually see the guys making my order. But to the ladies working there… Are you not well aware of what customer service should look like? I swear coming in you guys give me a bad day!!! Some of you look like we are your enemies and others look at us like your annoyed. Sadly it’s the closest one to home so I continue to go. but seriously learn to atleast smirk. Im sure your manager isnt aware of the unhappy employees you guys are unless you guys are standing around talking to eachother. Seriously ladies (cashiers) PLEASE GO ON YOUTUBE AND LOOK UP HOW TO GIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and how to properly grab your hair up in buns! You work a restraunt, not a cashier at walmart. Get it together!!! And to the men working the kitchen GOOD JOB! My food stays amazing :)

Average spot, good food, can get packed at times, enjoyed the free chips and beans, Horchata was good, customer service is so so, ³⁄₅ in my opinion

Let me start off by saying the food is excellent. That’s the only reason this place even gets 3 stars in my book. There were a couple rude employees. The service leaves little to be desired. Ultimately, our experience was tainted by the terrible service. I’d rather drive a few extra minutes and go to the Mi Ranchito on Palmdale Boulevard where the service is much friendlier.

I have a love and hate relationship with Mi Ranchito sometimes the food is good! But on Sunday I decided to order something different (I always order tocos or a wet burrito) so I ordder a Chile Relleno and omg it was so dam good! The chile was big and full of cheese and that red souce they put over it made it taste more delicious. The 5 stars are for the Chile Relleno!!-

Mi ranchito is our dinner spot after my daughters martial arts lessons.
My personal favorite is the nachos here, it’s just a mountain of delicious.
My husband’s favorite is the asada burrito.
With an order you can ask for a side of chips with beans for free, basically a mini nacho!

The salsa is the best They have 2 red or a green to choose from all delicious Food is usually good Shrimp fajitas are probably my favorite The carne asada sometimes taste like lighter fluid so I try to avoid it Cashiers are ok nothing out of the ordinary They don’t go out of their way to say hi or make small talk just there to take your order I like that if you’re eating in & ask they will give you a plate of chips & beans (free of charge) while you wait for your food to be prepared

I have a love it & hate it relationship with this place. I love the food and the service is fast and friendly, when its not packed. When its packed the space is to small. The tables are not cleaned fast enough so it looks dirty for the most part. Then service sucks but food is always good.

It’s a go to restr for mexican. We usually go to Rancho Vista and Palmdale. Never was there a line because of efficiency. But in this location terrible with no regard to the line. They need to Fix it. The 2 guy in front of me and myself wanted to walk out but committed 20 mins already.
No good guys. Mgr should visit rancho Vista for efficiency.

Food was cold. Customer service is horrible. Not the beat Mexican food I have ever had. I will never be back to this place ever again. I returned my food and got my money back.

Great food clean place if your hungry and in east palmdale good place to eat try the tamales

Being in Palmdale, these are the best tacos you’re gonna get. Lots of meat & the green salsa here is good! The sopes and burritos are good here too! Not a big fan of their nachos because they used canned cheese and not shredded, but that’s just my preference. The girls at the register here are always a little catty, but you probably would be too catering to all the hungry people. I also knocked down a star because there is always a rude homeless man right in front of the door. Every time.
