Panda Express

Standard PE fare, but way way friendlier and professional service via our server Jamel! This guy was on top of it. Kudos Jamel.

I always like coming to panda for my lunches in different locations all over SoCal, I always order the same thing. I will gladly pay for extra orange chicken if needed. When I kindly asked for a little more, due to the fact that she put 4 pieces of chicken. A rude lady who is also an employee at panda was clearly not in the conversation. Interrupted and said no I have to pay just like everybody else. (which I stated in the beginning I will gladly pay for more.)I let it go second thing the cashier did not add napkins, forks and fortune cookies in the bag. Also they did not have chili sauce I’m assuming someone slacked off and forgot to place an order for the shipment.

I mean there really isn’t much to review on a panda express. I think everyone basically knows what this place is all about a pretty Americanized version of Chinese food. Pretty tiny portions of extremely expensive food. Im not going to lie yes the food is good but if im paying about 8 bucks for like 3 shrimp in a small container it kinda sucks. The place is always very clean, generally the staff is nice, not really upbeat just kinda passing life by customer by customer i guess. I come here maybe once a year because its really nothing special. I really wouldn’t recommend it. Totally not authentic Chinese food like the mom and pop places around here in palmdale which are half the price and double the food.

I love panda express and the food they serve, but any time I can get great food along with great service you earn my continued business. I ordered honey walnut shrimp which Daisy informed me was being made and would take just a few minutes. She was so polite about it I decided to wait, I then met Jennie who told me I could have a drink while I wait, and that just made my day! These young ladies are a perfect example of excellent customer service from their friendly smiles to their knowledge of the product they sell. Daisy let me try Beijing beef which is now my favorite! Thank you Jennie and Daisy for making me feel like a valued guest.

They’re to slow they never have anything ready! And run out of food choices and you have to wait there for minutes to have your other food prepared! I hate thid place!

Came for lunch. Food, and most definitely, management changed since last time we were here – at has been at least a year. The steam plates/​bowls, furniture and some décor have been changed/​improved. The service was quick and the staff are more friendly. We will come back more often.

They gave me free food on my birthday the best panda express I’ve ever been to thank you so much the food was delicious and fresh unlike other panda express is I was very pleased
