I went in with the highest hopes and the staff seemed knowledgable. My first visit seemed good. Typical physical therapy evaluation. Then after that for my 2nd visit I couldn’t quite remember the routine I was showed the first time. I also had very strange knee pain after my first visit. I alerted them and then they remembered my knee problems and they realized the first visit they had given me exercises that are bad for knees! Every time I had to ask and be reminded the staff seemed annoyed that I couldn’t remember what I was supposed to do. Appointments were for 20 minutes over-lapping with other clients. I was basically unsupervised during the exercises and worried I wasn’t using correct form and possibly doing more harm than good. I have them a 3rd try in hopes that I was there on an off day but i was again basically unsupervised. Felt like a factory to collect co pays instead of actually wanting to help people. By far and beyond the worst physical therapy experience I’ve had. It seemed the focus was more on socializing between the coworkers than helping clients. Overall very disappointed. Stay away if you value your health and recovery.

CACC at Lioness is staffed with extremely skilled and caring professionals. Lezlie and Kelly are tough, they’ll push you, but they also listen and are totally invested in your progress. When I started therapy six weeks ago I could barely shuffle along with my walker, we’ve come a long way since then — I’m walking without a cane and am actually spinning at the gym. An awful lot of that progress was due to their skilled therapy program and their«you can do this» attitude. I highly recommend CACC on Lioness if you are in need of physical therapy.
