I was very surprised at the navy top with three– hole design that the PA named Amanda was wearing. It was so very inappropriate to wear this type of top in that type of medical setting. Unfortunately very unprofessional. Dr Johnson has very little conversational skills with potential new patients. He comes highly recommended but the experience was a bit disappointing.

I have bewn in pain since Monday but did not know what was wrong. My left knee was hurting more and more on Tuesday then Wednesday so I asked my other doctor for a recommendation and they told me to see doctor kokicki at denver vail orthopedic. He was able to see me Wednesday afternoon, the same day I called.
My appointment was for 3 PM and they took me in right on time. They took x-​ray of my left knee then the doctor came right in and told me I had bursitis. Doctor Kokicki immediately call the Rocky Mountain Infectious Disease at Skyridge and asked them to treat me. I was able to get there right away.
Both offices treated me fast and with gentle touch. I can’t say more thank you then a fair review they deserved.

I am experiencing the same delay, for the second time! First appointment or was about 45 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen. Today my appointment was 10, it’s now 11 and I’m not sure when I will be seen. The rate is very expensive, I’m self pay so it was about 200 just for the visit. No discount for the hour of my time wasted.
I personally find it disrespectful when doctors make me wait an hour. It’s like they have no regard for my time at all. I work for myself so that hour costs me 75 $. It doesn’t allow for the building of a good relationship. If they had told me I would be waiting an hour I probably would have walked out. I have done so before when a Dr wasted my time. Do doctors do this? What if I mosey in an hour late?

Horrible horrible horrible i was treated like crap today. I had an appt ar 2:15pm and I showed up at 2:23pm only 7 minutes late — SEVEN. The receptionist was totally rude said we will have to see if we can still see you. I was like «what» seriously? Three different women came out at different times making a big deal about me being so late. The 3^rd comment after waiting 30 minutes was «well we have to check with dr. Knight she is with a patient». I was like I am done I didnt drive all the way from work to be treated like this. Good luck if you go here dont be late. I left and was happy to walk out!

Update– the staff gave the wrong information to my pharmacy which is why there was confusion as to whether I had a new prescription. It got cleared up after 4 hours when I had to call this doctor’s office multiple times. Needless to say, I will be going to another doctor and will never go back here again.

I’ll first start with when I called prior to my apt to have my MRI reports printed for me to pick them up upon my visit last week. When I called the women said she would «drop everything she was doing» to get my reports print… She was very rude.
The check in process took me by surprise. As I was speaking to the check in person she was letting people cut in an ask questions. I would have expected her to tell the other people to wait in line as I had. Some thing called privacy at check-​in. This women seemed pulled in 5 different directions. While there, I filled out a medical record release form for my MRI reports. To no surprise I called today to get those reports mailed to me and they «seemed» to have misplace my signed form. There is no organization to this practice and or business model.
I have had 3 apts here with Dr. Knight. Although, I believe she is an excellent doctor, I feel she is too rushed when seeing patients. On my 3^rd experience, she walks into the room and says good news your MRIs seem better. I mentioned that was funny since I made my apt for numbness, tingling and increased pain. This prompted her to look at my MRI (I am an xray tech, so I would have assumed she would have already looked at them) Upon, quickly scrolling thru the MRI she sees an annular disc tear. I feel had I not prompted this question she would have never looked at my MRI and solely gone off the report. I feel she has one foot out the door and I can never aks questions. I reminded her last time she put me on meds for 6 months for inflammation, as I was in the hallway (very unprofessional place to have a conversation I might add) she said oh yeah let’s refill those. Once again I feel like had I not mentioned this she would not have brought it up.
… I will be moving my needs to another practice/​physician.

Every time I go here they are running behind and I have to wait for one hour in order to see Dr, mark failinger. After one hour of waiting he is in rush and wants to get done quickly, usually he sees me only for 5 minutes or less.

We are very, very pleased with Dr. Scott Stanley at Denver-​Vail Ortho. (Parker, CO). He performed an extensive surgery on my spine Feb 2013. So far, the results are beyond our expectations. He takes the time to answer our questions and explain problems/​concerns in our terms. Dr. Stanley’s team, Nicole and Karen, are as genuine, thorough, knowledable, and understanding as he is. Long story short, if you need a spine orthopedic I confidently recommend Dr. Stanley and his team.

I hate seeing the reviews where people say they would give no stars if that were an option because it makes you wonder if it was really that bad. Well in this case YES! In fact after going in and getting no answers to what was causing my knee pain and telling me to rest and wait it actually got worse. Not to worry though, the Dr. said to please call if there were any issues during my week of rest and not to forget to follow up to figure out what the next step was. I could hardly walk! But I accept that rest, ice and some Tramadol may do it and go on my way.
Two days later though the pain is so severe getting up makes me cry and standing long enough to brush my teeth was impossible. So knowing that something is not right I did exactly what I was told and called the office and left a message, being sure to express my pain. Hours pass, no call so I call again and ask at what time do calls get returned, not until that evening I am told so I wait again for hours and never received a call. Unfortunately that night was much like the nights previous and the pain was keeping me awake only it had increased and I was now crying uncontrollably! I have had natural child birth before so I don’t cry getting a papercut, this was intense. ER gives me a stronger RX and recommends an MRI along with possible further testing.
Needless to say I am looking for someone new to take over my care and hopefully figure out what is going on. The sad part is to add insult to injury when calling the office this morning to ask if there was another Dr. that would be more responsive in the office or if I should find another practice they were rude about it. No apologies for not returning my calls or that I was in the ER in the middle of the night, they could care less!
Stacey at the front desk should find a new job and Dr. Failinger should look into a better patient care.
