Magpie Property Inspections provides quality inspections of homes and properties for home buyers and sellers. Rob Morris has comprehensive training and experience inspecting homes and commercial properties for loss or damage as well as home inspections for real estate transactions. Our inspection report covers 100’s of items checked, detailed photos and same day reporting in most cases. We encourage customers to participate in the inspection to get the most out of the time spent reviewing the condition of the home. This helps us know what their concerns are, and fully explain what is found during the process regarding the condition of the home or property. Each inspection includes a copy of the book «Now that you have had a home inspection» which a useful guide to the inspection as well as key systems to the home, and a 90 Day Limited Warranty. History

Established in 2013.

My name is Rob Morris and I have a background working with building materials, construction, and insurance property claims. I have been involved in evaluating, estimating, and/​or managing thousands of property damage claims during my 30 plus year insurance career. Magpie Property Inspections was started as a result of my passion for on site property inspection, meeting and helping people, and providing quality customer service. In addition to completing a myriad of damage evaluation and estimating courses throughout my insurance career, I am a member in InterNachi (International Association of Certified Property Inspectors) and have completed all of the requisite coursework to become a Certified Professional Inspector for residential and commercial properties. My background working in lumber and construction while growing up and in college has also provided valuable experience enabling me to provide a top quality home inspection.
